Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum comprises of various fields of education, like data science and management. This helps the students become more ready for the job market with up-to-date skills and knowledge apart from our own subject. The economics curriculum is also very diverse with the market set standards of education. The frequency of exams is four times in one year, and the mid semester exams are 1.5 hours long and end semester exams are 3 hours long.

Internships Opportunities

4

The internship opportunities in our college are in various domains, like marketing, sales, business development, finance, consulting, research, and data analysis. The companies that come to the yearly internship fair are kindlife, B4research, many dtu incubation centres, and companies backed by them.

Placement Experience

4

The placements at my college are provided by the placement cell. Third-year and sixth-semester students are eligible to apply for campus placements. A few companies that visited our college are Dabur, TCS, Reliance, etc. After getting this degree, I will sit for placement opportunities.

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fee structure I paid was one lakh five thousand rupees and the fees increased every year by a few thousand rupees. The registered fees was minimal and there was a late fee deposit if date is not followed. If a student does not pass the exam, then they have to pay another fee to appear for the re-exam. There are merit basis scholarships available for a few students.

Campus Life

5

My overall experience with campus life is pretty vibrant. The social clubs of our college are linked to Rotary International and NSS (National Service Scheme). There are multiple clubs/societies in our college, including the art society, the music society, debating society, etc.

Admission

I applied to Indraprastha University and Delhi University. After careful analysis, this college was the best fit for me as it is a very reputed college with wonderful alumni connections. The base of the college is very well structured and will give me an upper hand in the job market.

Faculty

5

The faculty members of our college are experts who guide students very well. They help us with our academic doubts as well as career doubts. The faculty-to-student ratio is well proportionate. The faculties are approachable and there is a transparent relationship between the students and the professors. There are 2 exams in 1 semester, i.e., mid semesters and end semester exams.

Night Life

5

There are many cafeterias and food places of different cuisines near our college. One could go to a new place every week and there are many more developments being made that will be open in the coming time. The whole road will be very vibrant for students to visit. There are flats near the college with proper facilities and close proximity.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of my college is very active. They hold internships round the year and provide reliable placement at the end of last year. Placement mainly depends upon per student skill rather than the course variability and considering most of the humanities courses are less employable if taken only on the basis of course. However skills are the main deciding factor
