- ac availbility in classroom that makes it easy to study in summers in classroom
- availability of wifi in whole campus which makes it easy accessibility to students
- lab in science department is well equipped with good equipment's and chemicals with efficient space
Dislikes
- there is no big auditorium like that in other college , the hrc auditorium is still in progress
- the fees is very high in compared to other du college and it makes difficult
- the hostel is closed as of now and there are very few and limited seats in hostels for students
Course Curriculum Overview
the course curriculum is nice as the course provides deep insights about the animal biology i am enjoying learning about it and the faculty hear makes it very fun in understanding the concepts and keen interest students can approch the teachers to get into any research papers and stuffs so it makes very practical knowledge based too under the guidence of these talented professors we can learn many things from their experiences so i like being in this , the exams are lil fast and itr affects mostly like it seems the exams comes very fast after some break like after diwali and after holi and stuff so yea exams comes bit fast and are lil lenghty , extending upto a month or more also about vac sec and aec they takes necessary time from studnents and dont add much value to the students , some students feel they are too much and dont wanna study these subjects
Internships Opportunities
many internship are available with some being remote with stipend if 15k and mostly are on site office based with same stipend . i am myself in internship cell so we talk and bring internships to the college for students and all
Fees and Financial Aid
rs. 33,145 is what i paid for 1 year fees in hrc tution fees is 180rs per year ,admission fees 5rs lab, fees 500rs (for science students), devlopment fees 20,000 in total of every other fees and 12, 460 as other funds pwd candidates pay rs 895
Campus Life
i liked the campus life here in kamla nagar near my college roaming with my friends i like the ac in classrooms and the lifts are also available for pwd students the socities here are nice and also they play role in uplifting the confidence of students and these socs make it nice in campus areas there are society for internships also and for envirnoment also
Admission
i placed hindu college above hansraj as i liked hindu college more and they have specified lab area made also infrastructure of hindu is also very good so i wanted to be in hindu college but i got hansraj college as from my csas portal and i got hansraj college zoology course , i didnt liked it but as time passed i accpted it . i cleared cuet exam to get into du hansraj college and cuttoff was 529 i guess for first round
Faculty
the ratio is approx 1:37 of faculty to students and the science especially zoology department teachers are very nice and very talented with lots if knowledge and very kind towards students with various research opportunities with them i like zoology faculty very much cause they are very good in nature and helping there are semester wise exam and internal assesment are scheduled by subject teachers
Night Life
nightlife is good its lil safe near the college cause in night also people and students are there on road with many shopes open and there are plenty of gyms and many cafes and fast foood giants chains so yea its nice to hangout with friends there is temples also nearby and a park art faculty too with famous eating spots like sudama chai wala and chole bhature shop and kachori shops
