- Really liked how diverse the college is. Its full of people from different parts of the country and from different background. The college life in general is really bustling and lovely. Everyone is really friendly and helpful.

- The library of the college is very well equipped with all types of course and non course books.
Dislikes
- The amount of people in the college is quiet large making the college quiet dense compared to other DU colleges.
- The administration of the college is a bit of a headache. You might face trouble when you'll have to interact with them.
- The number of papers offered in some semester is quiet less. You might might it troubling in a few semester when there are no good quality papers available
Course Curriculum Overview
My course zoology gives me insight and knowledge about major aspects of biology. It has papers like Human Physiology, Biochemistry, Immunology and Cell Biology that give deep insight about major topics of Biology in the current world. After the degree I can choose do a master's in any biology discipline.
Placement Experience
The placements are fairly decent. Although majority of the people who get placed are mostly from two courses - BCom(H) and Economics. I've seen some real top companies visit the college like Goldman Sachs and Bain. People from science courses don't get a large amount of placements. People from Maths and Computer Science still have heavy chances of getting placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The main reasons why I picked a college in Delhi University was because of its generous fees structure. For the first year I paid a fees of 30000 rupees. It was a one time payment paid during the time of admission. For the second year I paid the same amount, that is, 30000 rupees at the beginning of the 3rd semester.
Campus Life
One of my favourite things about the college are its seriously active extra curricular societies. The societies have recruitments at the start of the semester. Some societies like 180DC and enactus take new recruits only from 1st years. The sports culture is also really extensive. There have been many alumni from this college who have gone to represent the nation in international tournaments.
Admission
The major reason why I chose this college is obviously because it is one of the top colleges in India. It is in North Campus. The exposure and the oppurtunities in this college are tremendous. A major reason is also because of the infrastructure. The labs are very well equipped. The library is full of relvant course books and centralised air conditioning adds to the benefits.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is pretty decent. For most courses it is about 0.04. For the science courses there is a combined theory class for all the students at once. For some arts courses like Economic and Bcom(H) there are sections made making the theory classes a bit more engaging. The relationship between the students and faculty is really nice
Night Life
Hansraj College sits at the entrance of both Kamla Nagar and MalkaGanj. It has the best location compared to all other North Campus Colleges. There are multiple gyms of various price ranges in the area. Multiple food outlets make post college days really fun and enjoyable. Some outlets are open even late into the night.
