Course Curriculum Overview

5

The aspects of the course is i am in CSBS which is a very good couse which help me to know about computer related stuff and business related stuff which is useful for manager level,HR level Skills acquisition and understanding of the oraganization level working.the exams are very frequent like after mid-1 there is a gap of 1 month i think but after mid-2 it is like the exams are never ending the back to back exams are conducted for a full month time period.

Placement Experience

5

I think IN-campus Placements are the best thing that this college may offer. This is one of the top college in Telangana so almost every top company gives a chance to this college companies like Cisco, Insfosys, TCS, Cognizent, Accenture and many more. The highest package is 34LPA last year 2024, and the average is 7LPA i think.I think almost 60 to 70 percentage of people get place in the companies.I plan to get place in the top most comnmpany in the Telanagana after getting degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

yearly - 135000 rs is my tuition fees at first year according to your course the registration fees will be about 3000 to 7000 JNTU fees about 3500 rs lab books(80rs/book) and lab coat(500 rs) i through from EAMCEAT rank 12000 so telangana government provides 35000 rs scholarship for me because i am local and you can also apply for government and private scholarships if your a scholar.local residents of SC,ST cast people regardless of their rank they will get free seat if the college selects you through eamceat and if you are from a government intermediate college of telangana you will get to have free seat regardless of cast and rank.if you get 10000 below rank and resident of telangana you get to have free seat its not true in my case i get to have only partial fee reumbusment of 35000rs only sadly i have to pay 1 lakh rupees from my pocket

Campus Life

5

The fests like pragya is held on november, also many fests are organized by a club called rhythms technical and annual fests are also conducted. library is full of books any book you want about your syllabus you can find there if you are patient enough to read books in this day and age dont worry library is too big and the collection of books are vast and diverse. In class room digital boards and projectors are used to teach students. Sports is encouraged but dont expected too much from this college. Sports is oe thing the college needs to be improved near future. As any college this college is o different social groups in instagram, clubs like Rhythms and student portal like ECAP GRIET from college itself is maintained it is normal.

Admission

I wrote TS EAMCEAT i got selected to GRIET for this particular course called Computer Science and Business Communication But i also applied for VNR ,JNTU,OU for different courses like CSE,CSIT,CSAI,ECE. i even got selected for many courses so i have to choose one i choose this course because it is very much aligning for my future goals and vision. This college accepts admission through EAMCEAT,JEE Mains,Through Donations(Management Quota).cutoffs are different for different casts on an average you need to get atleast 35000 below in the EAMCEAT to get through this college. The overall experience is decent.

Faculty

5

FAculty is very friendly for every subject you get to hve minimum 2 faculty members are present.I like mahesh sir he is very friendly and approachable. i dont dislike any faculty because they are just doing their job nothing comes out from hatred.for every semister atleast 6 subjects and 3 to 4 labs are conducted many people as far as i have seen fails in subjects like DME,DSA at max.The course is very rellevant to our modern skills and developement.some are just relevant not important but overall it is 4/5 in terms of relevance.

Interview Experience

5

there are none only i entered with EAMCEAT rank so these are not applicable to me and through donation you need not to have any of these just some better grades and some money so these are not present in my opinion

Night Life

1

College opens on 9 am to 4 pm there is no night life here because this college doesnt offer any college hostel so there is no one present here after 5 pm. gym is small for about 10 people at a time can do it but it is always empty no one does gym and it closes at 3:30, library also closes at 3:30 pm. so There is no night life there and famous hangout places are obviously canteeen. It is safe but i dont recommend you to roam around college after 8 pm

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Generally, students from 3rd year second semester are eligible for the placements. some, who are interns at a company earns the place to proceed for the rest of life. some others should try harder because they didnt get the internship. It is important to get internship. Companies do visit vasavi such as visa, silicon labs, cisco and more to pick interns or to pick engineers. percentage around 60-70 gets placed every year.
