Seniors are more helpful than expected and also kind.
Faculty of the college is also helpful and supportive. Also they are very strict
The overall campus vibe is very refreshing.

Dislikes

Main issue of college is network problem.
Never ending construction work due to which there is too much dust.
Sometimes teachers get way too much strict.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose mathematics because of my interest and moreover there is a wide range of career options after graduating in mathematics. It can be made more practical based. The frequency of exams happens in 5 months of semester. The difficulty level of exam is usually moderate but sometimes it may get difficult.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 32600 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

We pay 32600 rupees yearwise. Daulat Ram college also provide various scholarships to student based on their income levels. Fir categories like ST and SC fees is comparatively less. Moreover college also charge the an amount as examination fees.

Campus Life

There are Manjari, the annual fest of Daulat college which usually held in the month of march and Feb. Library has almost every books of every genre. There is sports complex and very active sports community. Events related to sports are conducted usually. College also has many social cells and societies and most active of all is the placement cell.

Admission

I applied in Hindu, hansraj, SRCC, miranda. I got confirmated in kriromal and indraprastha college. I chose this college because of my course. My chose didn't match the cut off limit of the above colleges so I didn't make it there. Admission process is not too much long after joining the college I just have to do my physical verification.

Faculty

The relationship of student and teachers is very healthy. They are very kind and approachable. I personally like the commerce faculty more. Level of exam is moderate. Most of the students paas the exam easily.

Night Life

I am a day scholar so I do not have much idea about the night life of the college hostel campus. But I can say that it has a friendly vibe and safe. The most famous hangout place inside the college is the canteen area and garden.

Honest review about my college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is suitable for students. The SEC ( skill enhancement) and VAC ( value addition) courses are helpful for students for their future. Which prepares well students for the real world applications. Areas of improvment are the teaching methods of professors, they should keep a polite behavior so they students can easily ask their doubts. Timings of exams are sometimes not suitable in winters it's freezing cold to go to exams in morning in December and jan months

In my college zoology honours is really good that is why I chose this course. We went to other places like zoo,IARI, Botanical garden for study purposes so far so I think we have a nice opportunity for further academic pursuits Nothing needed Fir first semester we had very less time for preparation

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are many practicals i did performed in our labs which provides me experience. Almost all the apparatus are available to the students during practicals which makes it efficient to perform hard practicals easily. Exams difficulty is somtimes above average. Insufficient time during exams because the answers asked can only be explained in deep which takes longer time along with dig. Requirements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For me this Course is best because every thing in the curriculum is just broad version of 12 th and for me the science is easiest to handle as of my interest. Its just all i wanted Yes it is good but there is a very few career option within this course so either you have to do msc from reputated college or just plan else Yeah the only worst thing about this is if you do 4th year only the you got the honours degree in specific dse course The exam happened once in semester besides the IA tests are that are easy

Life at college a balance between study and enjoyment

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really wanted to learn more about the chemistry about our body and how we as individual work the course in itself is very much relevant and i always wanted to be a doctor but since i couldn't clear neet i went with the next best option The course teaches us about all sort of day to day aspect the most relevant include eg carbohydrates metabolism and how we digests sugars and enzymes yow they work etc areas of improvement may include that we should be more practical oriented then theory oriented we should learn more about the practical aspect the exams are moderately difficult with a 2hr theoretical exam and a 5hr practical both set at moderate difficulty

Helpful review of daulat ram college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the B.Sc. mathematics honours curriculum as good in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. The syllabus is concept oriented and well strong theoretical foundations which is helpful for higher studies and competitive exams. The topics across semester is structured and this course is quite demanding and can feel intensive specially in the initial semester while the curriculum is academically, strong, incorporating more application based components could make it more better or balanced because it lacks there, and it's not more practically oriented.
