Our college area is biggest in south campus of Delhi University
Our college has a well mentioned and organised amphitheatre

Course Curriculum Overview

I'll choose B.Com because it is one of the prominent courses offered by university of Delhi. No college is efficiently implement New Education policy 2020 . The class test are conducted frequently like in a month for all the subject

Internships Opportunities

Our college has provide a numerous of internship in many fields and most of it being paid . Average stipend is being 8000-9000 per month from our college . HRs, business development executive, video editor, are some of the intern field provided by our placement cell of dayal singh college

Placement Experience

The college provide placement of 5,00,000 per annum if we take a average in companies like Deloitte, Accenture, Genpact, bajaj and other banking companies like HSBC and Axis Bank. Almost, 40 % students get placed in BCom from our college

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid 14605 in my first year and after it for all the 3 remaining years i will be paid 12395 as my annual fee other than examination form fee . Our College provide basic scholarships with cash reward as being 6000 for most scholarship

Campus Life

The overall experience with dayal singh college is preety good as the faculty Is very supportive and kind in nature . And moreover the location of our college is very good because there is walking distance from both the metro and the bus stop .

Admission

I choose this college over other because it is one of the top college of south campus of Delhi University. It's evening classes are also run at morning time so it is full fledged day college and our college canteen is very cheap and affordable for students with taste being acceptable

Faculty

The faculty members of our college is good for almost all of the courses. The academic coordinator name is Jasleen Kaur kalia. The exams are very simple and same as university exams. You have to give a numerous class test in your all papers

Night Life

Our college nearest hangout spot is lodhu garden which is almost 2 km away from our college and is totally free of cost . Our college also provide Library and e- library facilities to our students which is free for all

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very interesting & it teaches you a lot about the entrepreneurship. Specially in the field of commerce it gives you the right information and exposure to the real world. Subjects like Corporate law , business law , Cost accounting and etc teaches you a lot about practicality.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say that SEC and VAC, were added by the university to enhance students mind, but these subjects feel more like burden to the students. And also the theoretical and numerics being taught, are not relevant to todays world, as curiculum in the books is not upto date, The assignments pressure.. and sometimes the fear of getting low marks.

MLNCE - Average but Enjoyable

Placement Experience:

The placement in Motilal Nehru College (Evening) is decent and is led mainly by the Placement Cell. Though inactive earlier, the placement cell has become significantly more active recently, bringing in more internship and job opportunities. Students become eligible for placements during 3rd year. In a good placement season, companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY come for Audit, Taxation, Risk Advisory, HR jobs. Other companies like DE Shaw & Co, Accenture, Capital IQ also come during job fairs. Earlier, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart have also recruited from the college mainly for Sales, Business Development, Operations jobs. Highest on-campus package is ?18.7 LPA and rhe average package is ?3.6-4.5 LPA. Approximately 40% to 50% of students who participate in the process secure placements. My plan is to get into freelancing after college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In regard to the relevancy of the course Im quite fond of the subjects such as BL CA AND HRM they give us the better insights for both practical and theoritical knowledge making us ready for the "real" world . As For the improvement i feel like there should be some flexibility in GE so that students can choose a sub as per their choice as Hindi is fixed for me which isnt quite suitable for my course and it just drags my CGP down. The frequency if the exam is okay but the timing I feel like its way too fast just after first sem exam we had classes and all test and felt like it went on a spur

Placement Experience:

Placement in SRCC is very amazing, and way beyond the placements of DU colleges. A lot of big big names in Finance, and consulting domain, recruit from campus including McKinsey & Co., Bain & Company, Kearney, Big 4s and all. Highest package is 35+ LPA and Average Package is 10 LPA. I HAVE PLANNED TO complete my ACCA along with a little work experience.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

I have applied for I have applied for few of the north campus colleges and few other colleges from the South campus. I got confirmed admission form DCAC. I chose it because I am a tabla player and music society is very good. The admissions are generally accepted to CUET UG examination.
