The Btech IT curriculum especially with the AIML minor inclusion is highly relevent for real world applications like Data Science but the GGSIPU system needs improvement by shifting assessment from frequent, theoretical exams to more continuous project- based evaluation.

Admission

because its near my house and located in delhi affliated to ggsipu one of the best unversities you can get admission there on the basis of jee main , advance, ipucet etc. its one of the finest college for building your career

Faculty

My colleges faculty to student ratio is approximately 1:15 with approachable professors though personalized mentorship is limited. The GGSIPU- mandated course structure includes one mid term and one end term making the overall difficulty moderate.

Interview Experience

no there were no group discussion interviews or test patterns. the admission process was very simple and fast. the admission was on the basis of jee mains percentile or ipucet exam i just had to visit college once to submit my documents

Night Life

janakpuri is safe for students. students hang out late at rajouri garden pubs malls and local pocket friendly food joints. msit has a canteen having a large variety of food options as well as drink options

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

Summary of IIT-D

Placement Experience:

The placements are in good terms, many students get a placement with nice package. Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd Semester. TCS made about 7 offers as far as I know. One can expect the highest package of 2.5crore and an average of 200000. About 80% of students gets placement because of the skills they learned wheres the rest 20% are only at college to do mischievous acts. After getting the degree, I will find a job and then after enough capital I will start my own startup.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of the exams is 2 times a year once in the month of December and once in the month of May. Internal exams (tests) are conducted in between to continuously evaluate you during the course. According to me, the exam should be conducted before itself, so that we can get more time for internship opportunities.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.
