Government medical College Manjeri

The course curriculum is vast, we have to learn basically 3 subjects in first year anatomy, physiology and biochemistry. And from second year onwards we are exposed clinical studies. We have to attend practical lab sections in the first year

The college is under the government of kerala, so the required tuition fees for a year is Rs 22070.And the hostel fees for a year is Rs 13000. Miscellaneous fees of Rs 3320.The Egrantz provided by the government give financial assistance to cover the tuition fees and Miscellaneous fees.

The college is very excellent in the aspect of various events conducted here. We are given oppurtunies to participate in intercollege festivals. Every year the college have interbatch arts and sports competitions. All have 11 clubs

The hostel facility is very good as in a bedroom with attached bathroom is provided for two students. It is very spacious and clean. It is very affordable. Ths hostel menu is very good, it is decided according to the like of the students

The eligibility for the MBBS exam is to qualify the NEET exam . The admission is done through both state and All India quota. Reservation of seats is done. The Neet exam is done in once per year and it is moderate to difficult level of exam.

We have good amount of faculties here, the professor's are very friendly. The first year department are very good in providing good foundation. There is 2 internal exam, one model exam prior to the final university exams. In between the departments may conduct monthly exams

We have two hostels for the boys and girls, each with good functioning gym facility, library. The timing of the hostel is according to the year of study. The college has recreation spot near the hostel for hang out.
