- Palliative care unit is an important part of our campus and also more clubs for musicians, readers, writers ,animie lovers atc are present.
- In this world this course is very useful and this college also provide opportunities
- Internship is for 1year internship fee is 25000 morning shift and night shift is given hectic work is there but good expsoure many cases are found different case exposure sr and jr are really cooperative and helpful

- There is limited availability of specialized equipments
- College's own Auditorium is still in the process of building
- Limited availability of extracurricular facilities like for sports and arts

The course curriculum is vast, we have to learn basically 3 subjects in first year anatomy, physiology and biochemistry. And from second year onwards we are exposed clinical studies. We have to attend practical lab sections in the first year

- The academics here is good and the atmosphere is very suitable for learning medicine. There is ample amount of cadavers for dissection and also well qualified teachers
- The place is easily accessible it is situated in the town itself and filled with good people around
- The hostel facility here is very good and with very good infrastructure and new buildings

- The college is small and has only few blocks and lecture halls
- The academic pressure in the college is little high
- There are no proper recreational activites and spots in the college

First of all the medical profession is very dicvine and can be used to save lives and help the mankind and reduce the suffering of the society. The curriculum and the course is pretty stressfull and difficult to handle tha academic and peraonal life .but keeping a balance can be helpful

- This is a medical college which emphazizes on studies more than any other medical college in kerala
- The faculties are well educated and have the skills to teach students. The GMCM is provided with the best faculty
- No ragging at all. All the seniors are so friendly it seems like there is no junior senior difference in this college
Dislikes
- Campus area is less compared to other colleges
- The programs conducted are still cuz this is an educationally emphasised institution
- The college needs a better infrastructure and the clinics needs more improvement
Course Curriculum Overview:
Even though a bit tight and rushy, this is in fact the best curriculum provided and followed by all medical colleges in kerala. The frequency of exam is high and difficulty level is as same as that of KUHS. This provides relevant experience for the students to weite the university exams

Total course curriculum is actually irrelevant.without even realising what we learn we just mug it up and reproduce it in our answer papers.Frequency of exams is less and the difficulty level is very high

Our batch was on the top in kerala in 1st prof mbbs examination. Which is like a great achievement.

- College ambience is nice. We have got a NSS garden here, we used to go and sit there during night time and it gave us many memories.
- Compared to other Government medical College hostels we have got a very good hostel facilities and academic block.
- Since the number of children admitted in every batch is less compared to other colleges, there is a good connection between teachers and students.
Dislikes
- Sometimes we face shortage of faculties in our college.
- Not that much importance is given for sports
- Compared to other colleges we don't have a large campus.

Pre-Clinical Departments: Anatomy, Biochemistry, and Physiology
Para-Clinical Departments: Community Medicine, Forensic, Microbiology, Pathology, and Pharmacology
Clinical Departments: Anaesthesiology, Dermatology, ENT, Medicine, Surgery, OBG, OMFS, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Radiology, and Respiratory Medicine

- Good exposure to patients and cases since this area is thickly populated
- The food in Manjeri is really good especially non veg.
- There are good programmes in college for recreation.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure facilities are very poor.
- Very less recreative space to chill with friends.
- Less tourist spots nearby to visit on holidays
Course Curriculum Overview:
I always wanted to be a doctor, so i chose this course. We are following CBME curriculum ie, competency based medical education.My suggestion is to give more emphasis to practcal sessions than theory sessions.

- There is a garden in our college where we can sit for hours and talk with our friends
- There is a new auditorium under construction
- Students can go outside even after 10 pm after writing in the register

- The campus is very small compared to other medical colleges
- Faculty shortage is there in our college
- Clinical lecture halls are also in shortage

- This college is offering us such an vibrant campus life along with giving more importance to academics due to which our college emerged us KUHS Toppers in first year university exams this year
- Faculties are so good that they provide us both clinical and theory knowledge at the same time
- Since the college is located in malappuram district, the district with huge population, we have loads of patients offering us patient exposure helping us to learn different diseases
Dislikes
- There is always faculty shortage issue facing at our college
- Infrastructure is less promising when compared to other medical colleges in kerala
- Due to Interbatch competitions every year,there is no much connections between seniors and juniors like that i expected

It is so nice to build a doctor patient relationship to help others and being empathetic to people as a clinician. Exams are frequent enough providing us much time to study and having vacations considering the course pattern
