Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is designed in a way that begins with classics from Greek literature and then delves into Indian classical, Victorian, romantic age, dalit writings, American literature, and so much more. It is a multi faceted course which lets you in on the various time periods and authors of that time and their writings.
Internships Opportunities
There are university offered merit based scholarships such as to work in the admissions office during University admissions and internship fairs organised with several companies. There are better opportunities and more so in courses that are technical, like B.com Hons, eco Hons, politician science etc.
Placement Experience
For the third year students, there are placement opportunities and internships can be done by second years too. It is mainly for technical courses but companies like Wipro and TCS also come. The average package is around five lakhs.

The first year admission fees was 13535 and for the next two years it remained the same, which was 11895. There are scholarships available like from help the blind foundation and the national scholarship.

The annual fest is called Priyadarshini which takes place around the months of Feb and March. It is a cultural fest with competitions involving art, music jamming and performances and dance too. There are books available in the library for every course and the sitting space is huge. There are multiple student run clubs, like fine arts, writing, dancing, singing, debating etc.
Admission
This college being a part of Delhi University provided that holistic experience of meeting people from all over India and gaining insights from them which influences most people's decisions like mine. The admission process is through CUET exam conducted by NTA and cut offs are quite high.
Faculty
The faculty for my department is really good and they are mostly approachable, whether you want to ask your queries regarding the course or any other issues. I love Dr Moumita Sarkar's teaching method the best as it is thoroughly planned and organised from the start of the semester to the end of it. There are three core papers and one general elective with three other electives-AEC, VAC, SEC. The difficulty level of exams is not that high, however, scoring high depends on the reading and extra effort put in for the exam.
Night Life
There are prominently lodhi garden and Sunder nursery as good nearby hangout spots around college. There is no hostel facility. The locality has mainly government offices and habitat centre and such which makes it a comparatively safer place to roam around at night.
