Likes

Diversity of students is good , students come from almost all parts of the country
Societies are top notch we get lot of exposure

Dislikes

Time gaps between classess, sometimes there is gap of 2-3 hours between 2 classes
Slow administration, subject allotment takes a lot of time
Bus stand area outside college is dirty.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course gives good knowledge of accounting, finance and management which influenced my decision to take this course, teachers give case studies based on real world applications, sec vac are very irrelevant, the frequency of exam is good, we have plenty of time to prepare

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 54000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

This year I paid around 19000 for second year which was around 18000 in first year, some Student get scholarship of 2000-5000 depending on the category, fees is same for all category of students, might be lesser for sc/st

Campus Life

The name of the fest is tide, it is organised in March, library is good and have plenty of books meeting students need, classroom are clean and ventilation is good as well, we have a ground for cricket and football, volleyball court, basketball, badminton etc, there are around 40+ Societies for students

Admission

I got this college from CUET process, this was my 7th preference, I scored 734 in my CUET, cut off of this college was around 734, the admission process is easy and satisfying, college are alloted through CSAS portal

Faculty

Faculties are very friendly, we can share our doubts of the subject and off the subject, I like Manika mam she teaches very practically, exams are bit tough like you need to put hard work to score over 8.5 CGPA, course curriculum is highly relevant

Night Life

College gets closed at 5:30, satya niketan has pgs but I don't live there , Students say that their life is good they hangout a lot in night. Talking about college, college has a Nescafe where most of the students come to hangout, in front of basketball court

My opinion

Placement Experience:

As I am 1st year student i don't know much about it but most probably placement starts in third year. Well known companies reach out to our college for placement. Avg package would be around 6-7 lpa. 80% of our students easily get placed. My plan is to open a business in my upcoming future.

Hands On experience !!

Placement Experience:

Students in my college can go for placements starting from 5th semester . many big companies including big four (4 ) visit the campus .The highest package was 23.5 lpa and median and avg package is 6.5 lpa .Most students who have got placements are 7 cgpa or above . Companies also provide intership opportunities for better placemnets .We also get guidance from resume building ,interviews and preparation .After finishing my degree I aim for placements and afterwards CAT forIIM's .

A beautiful memory

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the daulat ram course 8/10. One of the main reasons i chose this course was that the syllabus felt balanced between theory and practical understanding..but the only drawback is that sometimes it felt a bit more theory based rather than practical exposure , the exam pattern is consistent mid-sem internals and end-sem finals twice a year. Internals are usually manageable, but end-semester exams depend a lot on the teacher marking style.

SRCC- Asia's Best college experience

Placement Experience:

Students of 3rd year are eligible for the same. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Blackrock, Meesho etc being the most prestigious recruiters. Highest package varies, but it went around 36 L last year. Avg being around 8 L. I would say most students who apply for placements get placed, however only a few get placed in the top companies. I personally wish to pursue an MBA.
