Course Curriculum Overview

3

The main area for improvement in the curriculum is the implementation of new SEC and VAC subjects specially removing subjects like swacch bharat which don't really add on any skills for us and are just there to clear the exams. And the bcom core subjects are also not as relevant as they should be . I think it can be improved

Internships Opportunities

3

As a fresher I don't exactly have the figures around internships but as much as I have heard the internship opportunities are good but only when you are in a good society and you have good connections

Placement Experience

3

I think the placement of the college is not as upto the mark as the hype of the college as the average package is just 6-7 lpa which can be improved a lot . And I too think that companies like delloite do not visit our college as often

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees which I paid is 17098 my peers with reservation is around 15000 I don't exactly know the accurate value but it is the estimated value . The yearly fees will be around 50000 for me and 45000 for my reserved peers. I am not aware of scholarship programs of my college currently so I have no say on that. Overall I feel my course is pretty affordable

Campus Life

4

My personal experience on societies is that there are various societies which genuinely make impact towards skill enhancement but I also feel there are various clubs or societies which are not as upto the mark as they promise to be. Many societies which have rigorous procedures to enter also possess toxic work environment

Admission

Other colleges which I applied for are SRCC , Hansraj, Hindu , KMC and this college was my fifth priority. The main area due to which I wasn't able to get into these colleges was normalisation in CUET . Basically I was not able to clear the cutoffs of these colleges. I think the first three colleges are better than mine in almost all parameters

Faculty

3

I think the faculty to student ratio is decent but I don't think that the faculty really want to teach the students. They are just reading the books out loud and expect us to do really well in tests. Nainshree ma'am of FA is one faculty which I would say really wanna teach

Night Life

4

I think belonging from north campus gives you one of the best night lifes in delhi as the area is full of University students and there are various gyms and cafeterias to hangout around the campus and various places nearby like Majnu Ka Tilla

Other Applied Colleges

Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College - [SGTB] | Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com] {Hons.}

I found the infrastructure and crowd better in my college

Course Curriculum Overview:

My liking for accepting influenced my decision to choose b.com hons . The curriculum prepares well for real world applications however I think that work on field give more knowledge. Teachers should teach with real life case studies and examples rather than with the bookish theories. The exam are not that though if you had go through the whole syllabus for once (nicely) you can pass the exam with good marks .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen B.Com with Economics as my course.Because I have done 11-12 from commerce site and I am interested in commerce subjects like accounts, economics. The problems that occur in this subject It takes some time to understand this. You have to study in the right way and take classes. Most importantly, if you want to score good marks in the exam, then you should not skip any exam, be it theory or internal assessment. In this field you can make your future in the lines of accounting economist, otherwise this course is the best according to me and I like it.And if you go ahead and do higher studies in this also Like you can do higher studies in accounting line Due to which your knowledge will increase further.

I would say, the curriculum is also good, like we have labs, and tutorial classes also, in which students get their answers and their doubts are solved. Area of improvement - There should be proper labs of python lecture classes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The teaching method of the teachers are the best and their no need to change but some teachers take less time and finishes important topic so they can teach more. The time table of our college is very manageable and the timings of the paper are good and the teacher takes class test on weekly basis so it help us to learn topic easy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is thorough and pertinent, in my opinion. I chose this course because it helps me understand real-world business situations by covering both the theoretical and practical aspects of commerce, such as accounting, economics, and business law. The subjects are helpful for both real-world employment and future studies like an MBA or CA. Although the course prepares us well, it could be enhanced by including more hands-on learning opportunities, internships, and professional guest lectures. To make lessons more interesting, teachers can employ more interactive techniques like group discussions and digital resources. Exams are scheduled appropriately, but occasionally the timetable feels constrained and leaves little time for review. The exam is at a moderate level and assesses more than just memorisation; it tests our comprehension of subjects.
