Course Curriculum Overview

I really liked the statistics department which made me choose it. i liked the teaching methods and well versed with the couse. i think that propability department can be upgraded to better teachers and faculty.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 18000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Deloitte, BCG, Zomato, etc has come for internship opportunities for students. Roles offered by them depends on their requirements and students capabilities. The average stipend is of around twenty thousand rupees.

Placement Experience

My college placements are of average level. The average package is of 6 lakhs per year and the highest package is of 24,00,000 lakhs per year. Companies that visited my college are zomato, BCG and Deloitte.

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees is 18000. Tution fees is around 7000, admission fees is 1500, development fees 600, lab fees is 4500. My batchmates also have same fees and for categories other than mine is less than 18000.

Campus Life

My college's infrastructure is very good with a very well maintained library. The college's societies are also very active and helpful. It also has a very well maintained sports building and a huge football ground.

Admission

I did not applied to ano other university other than delhi university. i liked ramjas. other colleges give more placement oppurtunities and intership oppourtibnest. i think it is the best. i did not applied

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio is very healthy with a ratio of 20:1. The faculties that i liked was of calculus and statistics. I did not liked the faculty of probability becouse of several other reasons. the exams were not too haed.

Night Life

The college itself has a good ambience and a good open cafeteria. The surroundings of the college is also well good with proper happening area. Campus timings are flexible and it's generally from 9:30 to 2:30.

A college review full of pros and cons

Course Curriculum Overview:

The core subjects are very well divided, the main problem arises with the other additional subjects which requires efforts as same as the other subject even though they don't hold any importance as such. Maybe reducing other subject or making them practical based instead of theory based would be helpful.

Though i think maths is a great subject as it is what gives birth to every field but within course it self its all theory and pure maths i thing real application would be appreciated we do have practical for 1 subject each sem thats it should he more.

The Life of A DRC student

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are moderate as the average package is ?6.5 lakhs and the highest package is around ?23.02 lakhs . Many prestigious companies like delloite, accenture have held various placement sessions in DRC and it's overall a good to place for companies to get high skilled students. The placement cell is very active too which makes it possible for our college to get many internships and placements opportunities.

i think it's very outdated and not of any practical use unless you go for research and scientific fields of science. it does not prepare much for the real world and current market but teaches about biology and chemistry which helps sometimes. the frequency if exam is fine.

Campus Life:

The Fest organised by this college is Priyadarshini and the annual fest Rajnigandha. The Fest are not great in comparison to other du college and are not that much celebrated. There are many different kinds books present in library like literature,Hindi, Chemistry, Maths, zoology, biology, botany, political science, History Geography the books are only alloted till 12pm and only for 15 days after that you will be charged if book is not returned Sports and Extracurricular are good but classrooms are not that great most projectors in classrooms don't work . There are many good societies in college like jamini the art society and others but joining has caused students to leave their classes which affects them academically

KMC- Path to learn and grow

Placement Experience:

The placements cell Avenues regarding the placement offers coming to the college. Major companies of the job market come to the campus for recruitment like KPMG, deloitte, zepto, EY, ZS Associates and many more. The students from the final year itself gets eligible for placements. Around 30-40% students get the palcements through the placement drive. The highest package during the last palcement season was around 18 to 20LPA, while the average was 7 to 8LPA. I will certainly go for higher studies in operational research.
