A KMCian REVIEW of KMC .

As i come from commerce background only rational choice would be going for bcom + some course . So i opted Bcom prog . for 3 years and with some professional course like CFA ,CMA ,CA etc. Curriculum is good for 3 year bcom programme , it provides practical and theoretical knowledge and approach of teachers in nice and prepares you well for further courses .There are semester exams in the end of semester of 3 hours of moderate level as i said previously .

In third year students get eliblgible for placements . In kmc biggest highlight is there's a Placement cell . Companies visited across finace and other sectors are deloitte, ernst and young, zomato, mother dairy, Bank of America etc. Placement rates for commerce students are around 70 to 75 % . My plans are that i will complete my CPA then i will go for off campus placements if i couldn't get placement on campus

The fee i paid for my 3 year bcom programme was 17010 as DU hiked the fees' upto 25% from this year . Other than that there's no cbarges for library and other facilties as far as i know . The programme fee is same for all categories, no such benefit in programme fee for SC STs . As far as scholarships are concerned there are number of private scholarships provided by companies in collaboration with college with certain criterion ; no government scholarship provided specifically by DU to its students .

RENAISSANCE is the annual fest of KMC with a grand celebration of youth in winters . Library as i wrote are upto expectations with air conditioned reading rooms . Numbers of social groups and socities run by students for various aims . Societies can impact and change personality development if taken seriously.

KMC is my 4 th preference i cleared cutoff of SBSC , VENKY and ARSD and some other south campus' colleges . But all are below KMC in my preference list , hence i got kmc . Eligibility is simple , give CUET exam perform well, as cutoff for commerce and humanities courses goes high and take admission.

Faculties are polite and class friendly . In my class we are 93 and 5 teachers for 6 subjects including ge sec vec . Kavita kamboj mam i like cause of his teaching style and she is really helpful with class . Semester exams are moderate , no such toughness for me atleast . Everything what's about to come , you already knew if you go through syllabus thoroughly.

GYM and CAFEs are for hostelers only . Library is for everyone upto 5 pm. Campus tining is sharp 8 am with classes starting from 8:40 am. Locality is safe with no safety issues for girls. Às i am not a hosteler i cant provide more details .
