Best degree college in North Kolkata.

Jaipuria College is one of the best college for BCom under Calcutta University. And also it is the best in the north Kolkata. But did not expect much cause it is not a private college. It is government funded college. There are no any good canteen in our college.

For 3yr graduation course six semester will be held, 2 semester in each year. College provide Hons graduation in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Computer science, Economic, Journalism & Mass communication, Bengali, English, Political science, Bcom etc.

College has placement cell. They notify you (3rd yr students and pass out) all the off campus interview around the city. But they didn't give any kind of grooming for the interview. Sometimes some private bank came in the college for hiring.

In the 1st yr of my college I get a fresher (union fresher) . After that no events are held in the college. But departmental events like Freshers, Teacher's day, Farewell are held in every year. And annual sports is held every year.

For computer science and journalism fees is higher then any other stream approximately 11 thousand per year. And in other stream it is approximately 4 to 5 thousand. For BCOM it is approximately 6 to 7 thousands. And there is a additional fees in the time of admission (admission feees) which is depend on your stream approximately your one year fees .

No there is no scholarship provide by our college. And also there is no loan facility provide by our college. And you did not get any kind of loan from any bank. If you want any economically help you can contact to the student union of the college. And you will get books free of cost.

Labs of our college are one of the best labs under Calcutta University. There are some table tennis and caram board are found in the common room which are in good condition. There is no additional ground in our college premises. And college has a huge library where is a large number of books. And it has central A.C. And at a time there can be sit 150 students.

There does not exists any strong alumni network. And also most of the senior people did not take any interest in helping junior. But there are some senior people who are very very helpful. You have to identify those people.

1. Fill up online admission form pay the form fees by debit card , credit card or net banking . 2. Listed for merit list. 3. Admission fees payment through debit card , credit card or net banking. 4. 1st day documents verification will be done. 5. You will get admission to the college.

Faculty of our college is best in the north Kolkata . They are very helpful. They guide us in every way possible. They took special care in the practical of the subjects. Even they guide us in arranging any occasion. And we are very thankful to them.
