Likes
- The infrastructure is really upto the mark the classes are very big and we hve 3 blocks in which the college is devided and a lot of extra spaces and building cor other stuff
- The ground area is pretty big and we have a bit of equipmemts and a seperate badminton and tt court
- We have a lot of seminar halls and 3 auditorioums and more are in yhe maling
Dislikes
- I disliked a few professors as they seem less professional
- The previous sports assistant was not off any help buy the sports head is attentively making progress for the students
- Wifi and connection issues to a dmall scale but its not that big a deal
Course Curriculum Overview
The main dscs ie the discipline specific electoves are okay and helpful but the extra burden after the application of new education policy doesnt seem fair at all. We have a hella more load annd its not good
Internships Opportunities
Internship cell works for it and even the placement cell helps to get the internships. We can see all the major players and the company looking for the interns are a lot so dont worry about it. Just make sure ur competent to get one for yourself.
Placement Experience
The placememts im hannsraj have always been good but not all get it only a few good courses see the majority of placings like all commerce and economics course annd the humanities side lacks in getting placements, but the name speaks for itself if ur from hansraj and the delhi university u can make up for it later using your learnings, my plans are to study more and do my business and startup side by side
Fees and Financial Aid
Charges for the fees is as per the courses taken and under which first ee have to pay the full fees and later on ghe scholarships are there if any... The famous ones are the dell aspire scholarship in which susan and dell foundation takes care of all the expenses of the student including anything that the student requires and 2nd yhere is IQAC scholarahip in which we would get a few thousand of help
Campus Life
Eveything is really really good we havve a lot of extra curricular clubs also known as society's of tue college there are more than 20 of them and aside from them we have annual fests, freshers and a lot more smaller events to make new connections and have fun. We have a alumni meet to and it helps all us juniors
Admission
I applied to srcc for bcom but couldn't due to my marks and the cutoff was high, i applied into shaheed sukhdev school of business studies but again i lacked a bit marks. What went wrong is a 2 orr 3 question while writing the commen entrannce admission test as u know like all admissions in du takes place now after this test and there is csas for allocation of college to studennts which is fair for all and transparent
Faculty
The faculty as i desbribed in the positives of the college is great, they tend to help both academically and on a personality development area too. The course structute and marking scheme is all that is told by the NEP of india, i didnt like the professor rc garg . The professor for law
Night Life
I cannot explain it accurately as i dont live near the college and the north campus area but as i asked and have seen on socials of my friends and peers i can say the area is safe and the natural environment is very nice . There are numorous eating places and cafes all around the whole north campus with a lot of shopping to take place. Name the brand and it is in the kamla nagar region
