I applied to ISDI, UID and BITS Design I was accepted into all of them but the main factor to chose CEPT was it is a 62 year old college with an established name in the industry and a well connected network of alumni all the other colleges did not have this, another thing was the rest were too expensive. The admission process for my college is very simple for design they accept the UCEED rank, for architecture and planning they accept NATA scores and for civil engineering they accept JEE Main ranks the process is completely merit based. I chose this college over other colleges because of its legacy and great academics. The program in this college is very modern and unique and teaches the students to follow their own passions. One other point is also the location of Ahmedabad, which is very architecturally, rich and possess many buildings made by great architects and the exposure you get here is unmatched. For master in housing design eligibility specified on the CEPT admissions website, it is a bachelor of architecture with 55% per cent while for the reserved category, it is 50%. the application form is an online process, one has to visit the Cept admission portal and log in there, further follow the procedure. the admission process is very smooth and easy to follow....Read More

The course is only eligible for planners, architects, and civil engineers. I found out about it through the CEPT website and got the required details by connecting to CEPT admission. The first shortlisting was done based on the experience + marks achieved in (10+12) and graduate + SOP submitted + exam. The shortlisted students were then called for interview and writing and final shortlisting was done. There was a sufficient buffer and time in the process to think and decide on the course.
