Eligibility Criteria

Applicants for the M.Tech. program in the general category shall have a minimum of 55% aggregate marks and those in the reserved categories shall have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in qualifying degree (or equivalent) from a recognized University / Institution. Applicant shall have cleared XII Examination in the science stream.
BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Architecture and Urban Design (Architecture and Urban Design- minimum 5 years) from a recognized University/ Institution.

Course Details

Application fee for the postgraduate applications by an applicant will be Rs. 3500/- (inclusive of taxes) for the first application and Rs. 1000/- (inclusive of taxes) for every subsequent application.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee normal for student is 7.2 lacs for 2 year 1. 180000/semester 2.at time of registration first we have to pay 130000 as fees After that 2 instalments of 25000 in two months 3. Scholarship is for the candidate appear good rank in cept exam. 4.per year fees is 360000. But now the fees has increased for new students to around 9.2 lac per course
