I like personally the mechanical engineering. So I choose this path. It is related to real life more. And there is no nothing if there is no mechanical engineering. For any work to complete fast there should be machine . And we will prepare those. After learning courses I'm interested in these to learn . They should improve in practical labs.

Recently reliance company came for internships and some are selected. Bajaj will also come. Above 7 cgpa is required to sit in interview. We can talk to sir and be assistant for professors to do any projects

Imp4th year students eligible for campus interview and 6th sem students aslo. Who has good cgpa. Bajaj , amazon, reliance, flipkart, samsung other companies also visited. For mechanical engineering the placement percentage last year is 76%. Average is 9lakhs for core job. After degree iam planning to get a job in campus interview itself

I'll pay 41134 for sem. And yearly 82268 for course fee and hostel fee ki 20000 per sem Caution money is 5000 at starting no need to pay always. No lab fee. But for reports and many lab things should pay money. It is our choice.This is for OBC category. And for SC )ST/below one lakh income the sem fee is 20000 and per year 40000 and mess dee ki same for all the categories. Fee structure is categorised based on caste and income . If income is above 1lakh and below 5lakh then per year with hostel fee 125000 . For above 5 lakhs income hostel fee is same but there is change in course fee For them course fee is 80000 per sem that means course fee per year is 160000. Irrespective of income sc/st categories is below 1 lakh fee structure . Luckily no lab charges. Registration fee is course fee itself . There will be scholarships for below 1lakh and sc /st categories . Botha government and private scholarships available. Mainly student gets nsp scholarship .

Fests are conducted in our campus . Recstacy is an cultural fest it is February and arohan is technical cum cultural in March. E summit is also in March or Feb Books are available in wide range in library. AC classrooms are provided. And lighting is good. Chairs are also very comfortable all are friendly in nature. Every year inter NIT is performed. Regarding sports also it is good enough. Sports fest aslo conducted recently . It has been successfully completed. There are many clubs in the college. Students participate in those very interestingly. And there are societies also for every department. Many projects are conducted in clubs and in fests project and games are conducted by clubs

Facilities in the room are bed study table chair and cupboard. 2 lights 2 fans Per room 3 people. Meal quality is not good Rice is available two types For north and south . Everyday on aloo curry. Non veg is 3 times a week.(Chicken) Egg 2 times fish 2 times. Online registration process through sb collect.for mess fee No pg is required.

I applied to remaining NITs. But due to my percentile of jee mains i am unable to attend those nuts . I got admission in this college. It is better than some of the nits. Because as NIT Durgapur is on durgapur which is famous for steel plant and industrial area it is good for core jobs . Mechanical is aslo a core. So it is good here to study this course. Jee mains is required to enter this college. Cuttoff percentile for nit Durgapur girls obc category is 95 percentile

Faculty will be more enough than required. They are very good and good at teaching and experienced members. They will provide us all the PDFs required for us. Takes good care. I like all but I like sujit karmakar sir as he is strict enough we will listen to his class carefully .so we will get idea and not much prblm on exam time.thermodynamics part sirs are good . There are 5 subjects so 5 exams for mid. Class assessment for 15 marks . And lab exams At last sem examination 5.some are very difficult to perform. Nearly 1/4th students fail to clear the exams

Night gate closing time is 11 pm . And cafeterias open upto 10 pm. Gym is also available separate for both boys and girls. Campus timings is 5am to 10 30 pm. Hostel timings is 11 30 pm. We can roam in the campus night time freely with no hesitation. There is an junction Mall to roam and park and water land good to roam on morning outside the campus . Night time it Is risk for girls to roam as it is not like big city type
