Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is industry oriented and very updated. Syllabus is quite rigorous and exams have strict checking. Exams are held every 3 months including many internal and small exams. Students need detailed knowledge of subjects to pass the exam.
Internships Opportunities
OCS department provides internship opportunities to all students during semester break. Top companies hire students for interships and then communicate their performances with the OCS department regularly
Placement Experience
Students become eligible to sit in placements in 4th year and all top companies visit our campus for hiring. Highest package is around 25 lacs per year and average package is around 16 lacs per year usually
Fees and Financial Aid
I will be paying around 750000 rupees yearly after getting a 25% merit based scholarship. The yearly fees is 1000000 rupees which includes hostel fees, tution fees, mess fess and other expenses. Students can get different types of scholarship Based on merit in entrance exam and family income.
Campus Life
We have annual cultural fest and annual sports fest. Clubbing culture is quite popular amongst the students and students council organises various concerts and events for social integration. Sports culture is also very good
Hostel Facilities
Hostel accommodation is quite spacious and accessible. Our rooms have AC, wifi, bed, studying table and other things. Mess food is very hygienic and good. We have variety of dishes in mess for comfort of students belonging to all regions
Admission
I chose this college for the exposure, experience and opportunities. I gave CLAT exam and got various national law schools but I chose this college for the amount of opportunities and networking opportunities along with quality education
Faculty
Faculty to students ratio is more but the faculty is quite experienced and are graduates from the top colleges in world. Some junior professors are a bit young and slightly inexperienced but majority of them are very knowledgeable and supportive. There are mid semester exams and end semester exams.
Interview Experience
No there were no group discussions during entrance screening process. Students are required to appear for LSAT India exam and are awarded scholarship based on their performance in exam. Students can prepare for this exam and develop strong hold over english, and reasoning.
Night Life
Gym, cafes ans library are open all day and night. Very eventful nights are visible with students roaming and enjoying the beauty of campus during night. We have quite popular cafes outside the college where students prefer to relax during night.
