Internships Opportunities
Office of Career Services is responsible for the academic and career related opportunities. OCS is highly active and strives to get every student Internship. First priority is given to those with higher gpa
Placement Experience
The placements happen in the Fifth Year start. The college offers three rounds of placements, zero day, day one and the placement week. About 100 people from a batch of 600 become eligible for placements out of which around 6p% are placed through college or PPOs
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition Fee is around 6L p.a., apart from that there are no hidden charges. The college provided lumpsum scholarship on the basis of admission test and yearly scholarship on the basis of academic performance. To qualifiy for scholarship it is important to note that your family income should be less than 30L p.a.
Campus Life
Lots of clubs, can start new clubs also, facilities in the classroom are amazing, the library is well stocked with subject matters for all. There are two major fests - Magnus and Biswamil (Sports and Cultural)
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are provided on the campus, the mess food quality is okay with no non veg, everything is provided in the loding facility including AC laundry mattresses. the menu is ever-changing and well though. Hostels are slightly expensive, the cleaning guys are good
Admission
Being in Law, my priority was the top 5 law schools (NLUs) but apart from them I had always placed Jindal as a priority. Others private colleges included SLS Pune, which ultimated come around to the same price. Getting in Jindal was a great decision
Faculty
faculty to student ratio of the college is very good, for every 10 students there's one faculty member, boasts of having more than 1000 faculty members. The exam system is quite appreciable, no focus on rote learning, focus on application based learning, 50% internals rest externals, external component pen paper test
Night Life
College offers a fully quipped gym, food court with Burgrill, Domino's, Subway, Bikanerwala, Moti Mahal, Burger Point, Mahabelly, Bwrcos, Belgian Waffles, Chayos and many more joints. The outside of campus is not v safe but if enough precautions are taken you will hardly meet w an incident. there's green square for patying, yellowbox and dejour for casual hangout
