i love geography so choose this institute. it helped me a lot for my knowledge growth. course should be more practical based. 2 times exam happened in 2 years, exam level were taff but challange can make one perfect to achieve goal.

Fees and Financial Aid

vidyasagar university located at midnapore, westbengal offers diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programes.the fee structure was 30000 in a year for m.sc and for 2 years it was 60000 per year. i did not get any scholarship there and it is a distance learning mode. through bhairab ganguly college i took my admission in that university. overall experience was good.

Campus Life

to welcome us fresher programme arranged there. annual function and annual sports are there. it has a huge library. it has lab for practice. we went for college excursion and enjoyed and learnet a lot there.

Admission

this college is best for geography study so I choose it for study. I did not apply to any other college during m.sc. no did not get any kind of rejection. as per graduation number got admission on that college. good college.

Faculty

teachers are good there and helpful and friends are also understanding. each one of them help a lot for study. there are 2 exams in 2 years overall 800 marks exam. all passed from that examination. good experience.

Night Life

once in a week I visited to college for my distance education so I have no idea about night environment. but it has college library and cantene and a common room. outside of college there are multiple resturents for hangout.

Actually Some of the Local Companies & Private banks Offer placements which are averagely worth 250000/-. Some of the Students appear for it , but the Number is Very less. Actually In Present Circumstances , Most students wants a stable Government, Especially Central Gov job . So they Prepare for exams like SSC , SBI , IBPS, LIC , RRB etc.

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good.But if you are looking for placement I would suggest to join M Stat or MSQE rather than M Math. M.Math students mostly go for higher studies. Regarding you will better recommendations in ISI.

Niper Kolkata: from starting to end

Placement Experience:

2nd year students are eligible for the campus placement. Sai, Hetero, mendine, dr. Reddys etc companies visities for the campus placement. Offers ranges from 5-12 lpa. 60% students gets placed, 10% goes for higher studies and others get job off campus in my department. Other departments has 100% placement. My plans are pHd from Niper as it provides vast knowledge and instrumental exposure.

Life in a government college

See the Nipers are only college in india that provide MS pharm degree . Placement Experience:

The students from the 3rd semester become eligible for campus placement. TCS, WIPRO, BISLERI, AMUL, etc visited no. Of offers are 1-10 in general. The highest package of 4-5 lakhs and the average is 2-2.5 lakhs in general. percentage of students getting placements is generally 60-70%. I want to be a food microbiologist and want to job in the food industry.

My University life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The future job profile for this subject is quite good. That's why I selected this course. The faculty: student ratio is 1:8 The qualification of all the faculties is PhD and their teaching method is very interesting. There is 3 exams (2 internals and 1 semester) in a six month semester. It's neither very easy nor very difficult to pass the exams.
