Remarks

Good remark is that it provides good choice in low few but placement sucks. But the campus and infrastructure is pretty beautiful.

Entrance Preview

I took Set-1, i opted for sliet because it was best government college near my location. For admission test i have to visit other state which was fun. Entrance test for fairly easy. Cleared it with air 350.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is going Pretty good. All over experience is good but not Toto mark subjects taught are good. But teachers don't think of students. They just want to complete the syllabus.

Internships Opportunities

Tata came few months ago for placement. Experience was pretty good. As said placement is worst. No company even looks at this college for placement. All over there is no job opportunity here.

Placement is worst in this college. Job finding in today life is preety tough. So same is on college. Placements are nightmare for this college students.

College Events

Techfest and our freshers was pretty awesome as it was self organized. Madhuram was organized which was fun. But for every thing college take donation from students like beggars.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Honestly college fee is very low. It's fairly cheap. Fee is fairly low. Low charges for everything including course,mess and everything but low quality mess food have effect on out pocket money because we have to go out and eat.

Fees and Financial Aid

Nope not any scholarship is only for lower castes while general cast like us have no schollarship or anything. We have to pay all funds by ourself.

Campus Life

There are none no extra activities in college. No one even cares about extra activities. There is like a quiz once in a month not more than that no robotics and nothing ever happened. They all prefer to remain silent.

Hostel Facilities

Mess food feels like they dont really want us to eat. It tasted soo bad that we have to go out everytime to eat.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are jerks but no ragging at all. There are different gangs of seniors sperated on basics of states,religions and many more. Tgey think that they are boss of college.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is strict. Exams are tough enough to fail u our teachers set our exam papers. papers seems to quite anoying and exameiners too.

Faculty

Telling honestly senior teachers don't care about student's future. Rest the junior teachers are good. Some are very coursing while some are full retards.

I applied in sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology in first seven round but I got electronic engineering which I didn't want, so I waited for special round and then I got Computer science. I am in general so I didn't get any quota for admission but obc and sc st have quota in the college. To get into sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology, you have to give entrance exam and the cut off of the college generally goes around 130-140 for general category.
