- College is in developing stage so college life is not there
- Proper hostel is not there for students most of the students including me live outside
- College location is not good it is very far from main city
Course Curriculum Overview
I got admission on the basis of jee mains so one basis of my percentile this course alloted to me it is not my choice ofcourse.there is no improvement needed in my course because in future there is going to be demand to data scientist sessional 1 is slightly one eaiser side but sessional 2 and end semester are on harder side
Internships Opportunities
Several internship provided by the companies like Wipro infosys TDS internship is based on the different type of jobs and roles different type of internship provide different type of pakage like Web dev app dev and many more.
Placement Experience
Not all students eligible for placement if any student had back in any subject then they are not eligible for placements first they have to clear their back then they are eligible from 6th semester students can apply for placements.Wipro Infosys,tata like many companies visited for placement highest pakage was of 40lpa and average pakage is of 16lpa and median pakage is 12lpa . Around 80% students placed this year.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our fees is around 247000 per annum which is divided into two parts for odd semster it is 121500 and for even semester it is 128500.Tuition fees is 10000 and admission fees is 5000 and caution money is 2000 which is refundable lab fees etc is included in yearly fees fees is same for all category students
Campus Life
Campus is not good in my college there is good infrastructure there is lack of hostel for students. Fests was good total 3 main fests are there one is tantrafest which is annual tech fest 2nd is cultural fest abhivaykti it is held on February and 3rd is sport fest named kshitij
Admission
I got admission in iiit nagpur because i got 96.67 percentile in jee mains i choose my college because it is being an iiit it have good reputation than other college placement is also too good than othere private colleges .eligibility is based on category wise cutoff in my case minimum 94 percentile need to get into my course
Faculty
There are 2 faculties for a particular course . I have apllied electronics which is taught by Dr. Shankar bhattacharjee he is my favourite techer.i donot like my data structer teacher her name dr. Snehal shinde because she didnot know how to teach properly there are basically 2 sessional exams per month and 1 end semester.Not know exactly but around 2-3 students failed in end semester
Night Life
Nightlife is not there in college because my college is in rural area and after 9 pm no students allow to go outside the college gym timing is 9am to 9 pm library is open in day expect 1 pm-2pm Academic block is open from 8pm to 6pm and hostel is open through out the day.I lived in flat and being a day scholar a can visti at night every time i can.
