Course Curriculum Overview

Medical profession is very good I found because It saves others life . In our college I found that many patients come for their health checkup and we also getting the valuable respect from the patient

Class Size: 1Course Fees: INR 6500 per year

Internships Opportunities

After completing the final year of MBBS we will engage in internships and stipend of internship in our college is about 30000 and we are now in 1st year of MBBS and don't get any experience about the internship

Fees and Financial Aid

Per year for course 6500 and we have canteen system and monthly expensive is about 5000 . Fees structure is same for all students . No such scholarship I get and I have applied for the scholarship but not approved yet

Campus Life

My campus life is going so good, and many events that occuring in our college we enjoy that like Saraswati Puja and fresher's. There is also have the facility of sports. We play volleyball and cricket with our seniors

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility in first year is not so good in our college but although we compromise with our friends and enjoying hostel Life helping each other in study but it doesn't have mess facilities and we need to go in canteen

Hostel Fee: INR 35000 per year

Admission

IPGMER AND SSKM HOSPITAL is one of the best college in west bengal and it got 21 rank in 2024 NIRF ranking system and it has more branches for pg courses and also each subject has more professor for teaching

Faculty

We have three subjects in 1st year MBBS, and out of these anatomy is to hard we found but professors have very good experience that teaching us and physiology and the biochemistry is also good . Exam are taken after completing the topics

Night Life

In our college we also have the gym facility and in library there is a environment of study open till 12pm and we also enjoying hostel Life with our batchmate playing badminton and celebrating birthday party

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is completely based on NMC new guidelines. Along with the theory classes where we know the structure and their working in dissection we actually see them on cadaver . Lectures should be more interesting as it's get boring to literally listen the concepts for first time like a story and at the end we forget everything

Course Curriculum Overview:

Medical field is a really good field in my opinion to serve humankind and learn about science of nature and life!the curriculum is a little overpaced and there are 19 subjects which are taught in a timespan of 4.5 years which is a bit hectic! There are 4 professional exams and 9 semesters which have pretty good difficulty and assess our skills and education. We have regular examinations in around 4-5 months each. Only thing id like to change in the curriculum is better assessment of many topics which are taught pretty well but aren't examined much leading us to waste our time in focussing on them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well, mbbs is very hard and long term process. You will be bored in 1st year because you cant get real clinical cases. But in Final year, 3rd Prof Part 2, you will get huge pressure. Because there are total 11 subjects, you should study in final year. It is a great burden for all. I'm not satisfied with Nmc curriculum. They are not thinking about students. They are implement their rules in chilled ac room. But they don't know the real scenarios.

Why to choose AIIMS Kalyani over other Medical colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite planned and great and has a lot of advantages in having a clinical and learning diagnostic approach to various diseases. One area where the curriculum can improve is by having more practical classes rather than theoretical classes. The exams are quite difficult but are quite planned to make you understand the clinician and the passing percentage is 50 percent.
