Remarks

Positive - that teachers really teach in this college. Like they really cover the whole syllabus in best way possible. There are many tut classes as well to clear your doubts. Negative- lack of exposure.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Bcom hons is pretty good course. It is relevant to the demand of present employment. So I highly prefer this course if you are a commerce student or aspiring to become a CA/CS/CMA, because it's syllabus is highly useful for these.

Internships Opportunities

Yes they provide few internships. I am in first year so don't have thorough idea about stipend. But in college groups many times internship messages are circulated for vacations though they are not very useful internships.

Placement Experience

3.5

Don't have thorough idea about that. I just completed my 1st year. But I heard few companies come. College organise few seminars to prepare children for the interviews , group discussion. Don't expect great companies but ya few companies come.

College Events

3

First when you will enter the college then there will be freshers party which will be organised for you. Then there will be voting to select college president and DU president and other posts which is really not less than a event. Then diwali mela followed by department fest. Then there will be College fest though our college fest is not good but being in DU you can attend SRCC , Hindu fest and all which is really a gala event. There there will be alumni meet of your department and farewell party. Overall you won't realise how the year will end.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure is very feasible. Because it's comes under Delhi University which is a government University so at max fees will be 10k. Which is very feasible. Our fees is also around 9k-10k. So it is very much affordable.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are no loan or scholarship available in the college According to my knowledge. But as college fees is so low that it's a feasible college and there is no much need of a loan or scholarship.

Campus Life

5

For sports there are ample of opportunities like there is every kind of sports in which you can enroll yourself and get the chance to learn it from mentors. There are computer labs which are fine not very furnished. For extra curricular activity there are a lot of societies to which you can part of if you are in any society then you will have good extra curricular exposure. Besides this there will be many competitions in the college which you can be part of.

Hostel Facilities

5

There are no hostel facility in the college. Which makes it pretty difficult for students who are not from Delhi. But there are so many pgs available near the college that its fill the void of hostel. And you won't find difficulty in finding pgs because there are so many that you will surely get good pg.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are helpful if you will approach them. I never experience that senior students approach themselves to juniors. But if you approach them they will surely help you in any way they can. There are no such alumni network.

Exam Structure

There are 6 semesters in 3 years which mean there are 2 exams in 1 year. These exams are pretty much bookish so no need to stress about that. There are few practical subjects also like tally which is computer based exam.

Admission

Firstly I filled Delhi University application form, Delhi University publishes 6-7 cut offs so I cleared the cut off at 5th then after meeting with the cut off I went to the college submitted my documents and got admitted.

Faculty

4.5

College faculty take college syllabus a lot serious and they give their best to complete syllabus on this and make us understand the subject thoroughly. But in case of support for extra curricular they are pretty strict they don't let you leave classes and go , they are friendly and approachable but not that much supportive for extra curricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculam is well-structured and covers all the core subject relevant to the field . It help in building strong theroritcial knowledge but lacks enough real-world case studies and industry exposure . Exam are conducted regularly and are of moderate difficulty . Adding more project-based or skill oriented components would make the course more practical and beneficial for placements or higher studies .

When students enter 3rd year of their college , they are eligible to sit for placements but should have minimum 8 CGPA .A lot of companiess visit campus , details of companies are on the website of college. The highest placement till now is 20 Lakhs per Annum and average goes around 6-7 Lakhs per Annum. A decent percentage of students get placed. Honestly most students here are pursuing professional courses so they don't sit for placements instead continue with their courses .
