Review for sct college of engineering

Even though the first year teaches other basic courses nothing related to your core subjects. From 2nd year you start learning core subjects and lab . Exams are normally hard. But if studied well enough you can score good marks.

For biotechnology the placements are very limited you have the option to choose masters abroad or do mba. Cs graduates often get good placements with good packages. Every year a total off 200-300 students gets placed

The yearly fee is off 40000 but considering all other payments like exam fee , university fee, pta fee etc the total comes off to 53000 for govt seats. But for management seats it'll be around 1,10,000. There are few waivers for sc st, they need only 5000-7000 yearly fee. During admission they asked for a caution fees of 5000, and the admission fee etc costed me around 80000.

Cult a way is the main attraction, it is annual cultural fest along with adventure which is the tech fest. A large enough library is available for the students. Every classroom is equipped with projector etc. clubs like ieee iedc mechkartons etc are really famous for their activities and awards. NSS in our college is very famous for its activities in the university itself. College also has other cultural nights like union day, arts fest etc

The pgs normally cost 6000 per month. But during sem breaks and other holidays the fees will be reduced. Quality of the food is same every where, the food is not good at all but can be managed. The registration requires a id college admission letter one passport size picture etc.

I chose this cause only in this college they provided this course under government seats. I got accepted in central university of Rajasthan but due to distance i couldn't go. Also got selected for computer science in Delhi University again due to travelling couldn't pursue this opportunity.

Well of course there will good teachers and bad teachers. But almost everyone is kinda helpful. There are 7 batches of 60 students each class in each year. There are mainly 2 series exam 1 lab exam and the main is sem exams which will happen 2 times a year. A teacher named suja was the worst that I've seen her arrogance was way over, reduces marks for vengeance against students.

Even though college doesn't own any hostels , they provide nearby pgs which are held under a team managed by college management. There is a canteen and mini canteen for students. A large enough library is also available with 2 floors. There is badminton and basketball courts available for students. Yes the location is centre of the city so it's quite chill and you'll get transportation all around the day.
