Campus is nice... Well defined library, Computer systems are provided
Good teaching and lovely teachers.. big classrooms
Cafeteria is provided and best comfortable uniform are provided

Dislikes

Professors are not a modern and they don't support equality
Food is not good. And wardon is also not good
Very few students in our class and not providing good placement

Course Curriculum Overview

I like it felid and my brother in law is a manger in a company at Pune ... My own brother is a data analyst...I just want to become a developer.thats why I choose this filed.2 hr is exam time that's too short...can't manege stress in exam time...

Internships Opportunities

Infopark and other small companies are internship roles they provide 15-20 k salary in our students...worst placement ship.. no skill development programme or something.. only academic level programs .. no stipend is reward

Fees and Financial Aid

12500 per yr fees with vidhyamridham scholarship... 2500 rs I paid In other fees.. upto 75k my batch mates are paying. This scholarship is giving for upto 90 percentage mark in +2 .. my batch mates are NRI or something that's why they have high fees

Campus Life

Festivals are not good because yearly 2 festival only we have .. campus life is okky not more activities but nss is provided in our collage that was very productive..sports and other clubs are introduced our campus...

Hostel Facilities

Rooms are too good... Too much spacious... Good is not good but we can adjust that ... Hostel fees is okky and 5k is accomodation fees.. pg are available in there but fees is not ok. And transportation is also not good in pg

Admission

This collage provid a scholarship name is vidhyamridham... I got that scholarship so I get in to this collage... I like nit iit and srm but first 2 collage are not for me compared to my marks ... Srm is good option but tooo much fees I can't afford that ... Admission process is not hard is our collage our faculties are helping to that too much

Faculty

6 month is one sem ... Exams are fastly coming we study well but teachers are very supportive.. they help to us for studying and they gave good guidance.. exams are 60 mark in each subject.. physics faculty is my favourite because she is very supportive to students... EEE faculties, I don't like them because they are very rude to us. Exams are to difficult because this is new scheme 2024 so we don't know where the questions coming

Night Life

No night lifein our campus provid.. before 6 pm cafeteria and others things are provided.... 9 to 4 pm is campus time and 4 to 6 pm is outside time ... surrounding area safe no other fears in that area

Experience as a first year student at NIT calicut

Placement Experience:

Here we recieve a really high number of offers this year it was around 970, The highest package received this year was 44.42 lpa and average was around 12 lpa Accenture, Bharat electronics limited are few of the top hirers, intel and nvidia also hire from here they are more relevant for ece students The percentage of students getting placed is 81% I will most probably try for a direct placement, I'm not thinking about higher studies(MTECH)after UG but that might change in the future

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Placement Experience:

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.
