Course Curriculum Overview

I have choosen cse in iot at acs college of engineering because thoz course will be helpful for our future need its actually about cloud computing and all which will help me at the upcoming days after the graduation

Class Size: 6Course Fees: INR 165000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I m studying at 2 nd year of engineering my college tution fee is 165000 per year and registration fee is 3680 and exam fee is 1680 i am not getting any scholarship because of my caste due finicial issue i m not able to pay the college fee

Campus Life

In our college there will many fest which will be helding at November and in april at november we celebrate kannada rojostava at our college with ethic day and some programs and in april college fest whixh includes sports damce etc

Admission

Due to some problem in kcet councilling i need took time for waiting for the allotment i went to that college i took admission at management quota at acs college of engineering with the good course cse iot

Faculty

The teachera are very friendly and good they teaches very good all teacher have done thre phd exams at college are very useful the question paper will be held according to vtu question paper itself which helps us much

Night Life

There is cafetria at college whixh is very gold and well adavnved stadium for the students to play the cricket at our campus itself outside the college also its good bez there many hotels whixh helps students to have there lunch

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

Students are eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. However the training and pre placement started for student from the first year itself like aptitude training coding resume workshops. The top companies like TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Capgemini IBM tech Mahindra mind tree. The average is 8lpa. The highest 54 LPA. Overall 80% of students get placed in the final year. My plan after degree is to get a good job.

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided
