VTU Belagavi college review

I would rate the course curriculum of my college 4.2 , the curriculum of our college is very good all subjects they teaches which are helpful to the placement and real world application, some subjects are not good in our colleges. The timing of exams is 3 hours and moderately easy

Recently my senior got summer internship in Accenture with 30000 per month stipend,he got 3 month internshipand he got and software development role. And another student got internship in infosys with a 25000 per month stipend.

From 6th sem students are eligible for placement and for intership even 3rd and 4th sem students are eligible to apply if they are well skilled. Recently JP Morgan visited in our college for summer internship no students got selected due to low skill,l. I our college the highest package was 34LPA in 2023 and average package was 7LPA. Almost 70-75% students got placed in their 8th sem. My plan after getting the degree I want build an startup.

In our college the fee structure is , For 1st year of college we have to pay 45000 /- year, remaining 2nd,3rd and 4th year of college we have to pay 35000/- per year, Tuition Fees - 21506/- Registration Fees - 0 Renewal of Registration Fees - 1000/- E-Consortium Fees - 1000/- Student Sports Development Fees - 250/- Career Guidance and Counselling Fees - 80/- University Development Fees - 750/- Teachers Development Fees - 25/- Student Development Fees - 25/- Indian Red cross membership Fees - 50/- Women cell Fees - 20/- NSS Fees - 40/- College Academic other Fees(EQUIP, LAB, LIBRARY,FUR,O) - 1000/- . Our college located in Karnataka so the karnataka government provides a SSP scholarship for students category wise For SC/ST they give 58000/- per year, and for general,obc they provide 30000/- per year

In our college there is one National level tecno cultural fest is there Called "YUKTI", This fest happens every year. In our college very huge library is there it contains more than 3 Lakh books,In our college the sports and extracurricular activities are very very good , There is such no clubs in our college

In our college the best is the hostel facility for students 2 person room sharing they provide bed , chair, study table and etc.. to the students, the quality of the food in mess is good . The registration process for hostel is as follows For sc/st category the hostel is free and they have to pay only for mess fees 50000 per year. For obc, general category the hostel fees is 22000 per year and mess fees is 50000 per year.

Before joining this college I got an seat in Maharaja institute of technology mysore, because of low financial condition i couldn't get admission there after researching so many colleges I got this college at very less fees. The admission process of our college follows like , For homestate students have to write KCET exam , and for other states student have to write COMEDK exam

The faculty's are very very helpful to students, the students and faculty relationship is so good. In my college my favourite and liked sir is our Shankar Patil sir who teaches Engineering Mathematics, his teaching style and explaining doubt all are very very very good so i like him very much, and i didn't like the faculty in my college is V.T Detail sir who teaches Microcontroller subject his explanation will not understand to the student, he teaches fastly and take attendance and gone nobody will understand. I our college Two internal test is there of 25 marks it is very easy to pass, after two internal test , external Lab exam is there it is also easy to pass after lab external sem exam is there of 100 marks it moderately easy to pass.

The best of my college life is the college provide free GYM to the students separate gym for boys and girl and our college has one canteen, there 8 hostels in our college 4 for girls and 4 for boys 2 person accomodation in one room is there , in holdays we go for the treacking to hangout with friend there so much tourist places in Belagavi city.
