Good campus and greenery around the campus

Placement is not good and that's why students mostly are dependent on off campus
Attendance of 75% is compulsory and without that you can't sit in the end semester exam

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is based on NEP 2020 and it is industry relevent. The course syllabus followed here matches with IITs and NITs . There are basically three exams conducted per semester. Class test 1 is of 15 marks , class test 2 marks and end sem exam of 60 marks Class starts from 10am and generally ends at 5 pm with lunch time between 1 to 2 pm

Class Size: 112Course Fees: INR 32000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fee per semester included caution fee , registration fee , admissions fees, development fees , lab fees , lab fees , and other fee is around 16k per semester and per year it is around 32k .

Campus Life

Equilibrio a tech fest is conducted per year , apart from that aksa a cultural fest conducted per year. Apart from all these various small cultural events on the occasions of durga puja , holi , janmasthmi etc ...is done. Various clubs are there too in the area of various extra curricular activities like ABHINARTAN for DANCE , TARANG for music and dance , udaan for magazines , gdgc and gfg for tech enthusiast

Admission

I had given jee in 2024 and my rank was not that good to get into good branches in NITs. I was not financially good which was a reason for not choosing private college so I chose this college over other gftis as it was central government with A++ accreditation and fee is affordable .

Faculty

Faculties of this college are highly qualified and supportive. Most of them are iit post graduates and some of them are foreign phd holders. The course structure is based upon NEP 2020. Three types of Exams are conducted per semester i.e CT -1 , CT-2 each of 15 marks and END SEM exam of 60 marks. the difficulty level of exams lie between moderate to difficult but can easily be passed by studying notes and doing assignment.

Night Life

Campus is open everytime on regular days except saturdays and sundays. Hostel timings is 9 pm for boys and 7 pm for girls on regular days. On saturday and sundays timing for girls is 4 pm. Environment of campus is same.

Truth about NIT Raipur

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario is so good as per the stats . Like students are eligible for placements from there 7th sem . No. Of companies visited is around 200 (guess). Offers made 600(guess) . Highest package is 65 lpa , and average package is 9 lpa there are major two roles one is core engineering get role and other is non core data analyst role . 86 % students are placed last year . My plan is to get good placements from college itself and then after experience I will go for MBA or higher studies .

It's Location since it is located in Bilaspur and High court of Chhattisgarh is itself located here so internship and legal experience will be maximized.
