- Infrastructure is good for both the hill as well deemed University
- I like the crowd quality as all type of students are there
- Both the campuses are open for hill as well deemed University. Like students of each campuses can roam and use facility of any campus
Dislikes
- The crowd is too much , sometimes there are no place for students to sit on but it is rare
- There are timetable errors sometimes as there is lack of management for that much crowd
- Teachers are average . Some are good teachers and some just sits in class
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is okayish And to be honest you have to study on your own . Some teachers are helpful but not all . There are practical labs and special placement as well career skill classes which is good . But in labs some pc are not working sometimes so there are scope of improvement too
Internships Opportunities
The internships are there but there is no major internships offered. Most of the internships are taken off campus by students. The companies like - Capgemini,tcs etc comes for mass recruitments And some companies like Deloitte also comes But the major it companies like Amazon ,Google are not there ,they don't even recruits from best of the colleges and it is a tier 3 college So according to it,s tier , placement is decent
Placement Experience
There is decent placement as the college has well established network , companies do comes here but most of them are mass recruitments .. some big offers are also given to students but they are rare as it is tier 3 college . Companies like - Capgemini, Deloitte comes here
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure mine is -936000 for whole btech Scholarship I have are - 5% for defence 25% for uttrakhand domicile 10% for yearly fee submission discount And yes some amount of the fee could increase every semester
Campus Life
Campus life is excellent. There are sports events time to time ,there are cycle rallies . There is a grafest everyear where stars like badshah , ayushman khurana have come and performed . Every year it gets viral on internet as the crowd is huge. There is ncc ,nss and coding related clubs IEEE,acm etc. Library overall it is very good
Admission
I have seen multiple colleges of Delhi gurgaon,but other than iit,nit government and some private I did not found any major college who had a decent fee structure. As government ones are hard to take admission in and privates are so so costly. It is one of the best college in whole dehradun and most of the times big celebrities , governor infact chief minister visits here. The admission fee is less as it offers multiple scholarships and there is a 25% discount of fee for people of uttrakhand and holly areas
Faculty
There is 1 faculty for each class having 70-80 students . The student,s sections are changed every year based on marks they score. There are mid and end exams each semester 25 marks for mid 25 for sessional by teachers 50 for end term
Night Life
There are availablity of everything ,from pg,s coaching , stationary to gym ,spa ,beauty parlour. It is near AFSB and there is a plenty of army movement seen around it . The area is safe for girls and everyone as most of the residents are army retired The only thing is that the market and everything gets shut down by 10 pm
