Course Curriculum Overview

There are many areas which needs to be improved in this curricullam especially the timming of the examm and the marking schemes and all but it's a good curricullam other than that that's all I have to say

Yearly fees 130000 Ktu fees 2000 Cgpu fee 2000 not backward student so no reservation .my friend has to pay 50000 as fee and same ktu fees and cgpu fees 2000 2000 each .and management fees no reservation

Campus Life

I was not a social butterfly until I joined this institution and now I am a sociall butterfly which allows me to explore myself more because of the amazing campus life my college is providing .college campus is a great experience

Admission

I chooses this college because itss the top most ranked college in trivandrum and it provides great placement offers and a good campus atmosphere for studying and for participating in various curricular activities

Faculty

Itss. Really fun to learn in my college and athe faculty members are really good .and able to followw all the notes and classess.we have got 2 series before the University examm and the average of the two marks are taken for University exam .

Night Life

Normally we have college hours only till 7 but during events and festt it may vary and the college hour may exceed the night life is beautiful and fun here.really a amazing experience to spent time at night .

Life at CET

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college is very active. You can get internships starting 2nd year and placements starting 3rd year. About 75% of people get placed. Many MNCs like Texas Instruments are consistent hirers. The highest package of 2025 for my course is 1 crpa. The average is about 7 lpa. A student can get 5,6 offers. I plan on higher studies abroad because I want to learn more in-depth about the course.

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.

Remarks:

I only have postive thoughts about that campus. The campus helped me to remove my pre-occupations, inhibitions, fear etc. It gave a lot of memorable moments, large number of friends. A quick sneak peak to SCT College of Engineering

I acually applied for Emmanuel college vazhichal for the curse of biotechnology andbotany . I got the admission right away but the problem was with the distance. It was difficult for me to travel sucha long distance. I also got admission at LBS college of engineering for IT. But i was not sure of taking a subject which is related to computer si dropped it. A closer look at the hidden gems of campus living

I totally applied only to three colleges. I choose this college because at that time it was in top 11 colleges in kerala. On the trial allotment itself i got merit seat in this college.This college was near to my home district. I didn't get rejected from other two colleges . To get admitted We have to clear keam exam conducted by the kerala government. To have a merit seat one must have comparatively good rank. Seats are also available in management quota and nri. Sree Chitra college of engineering - this is where i belong

This is the top 2 college in my district which is best for the placement and best interships. i also approached for college of engineering trivandrum which is the most best college in our state.these two are same for their curriculum and subjects which differs them is the interships and placements the cet offers a better placmenets than the sct .due to its his demand i didnt get admission in cet due to low rank as compared to sct.
