Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty makes sure that they use VNR vjiet pointers and motto whole teaching the subject. The curriculum is designed in such a way so as to build a foundation for MBA and give a buisness perspective to the student in terms of technology.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 180000 per year

Internships Opportunities

JPMC Google and Amazon are among the top recruiters in our college. Followed by Deloitte and TCS. Internship opportunities from JPMC are provided from 4th semester itself. I hope to clear my placement offer in 5 to 6 th semester.

Placement Experience

Internship opportunities from 4th semester itself and placements from 6th semester. Highest package offered was from Google of 81 lakhs per annum very recently. Opportunities to talk with placement cell coordinators freely and comprehensive analysis on all this is provided in 1st sem itself.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees for me was 156000 including transportation fees of 21000. Government given schemes are also available in the college for EWS students entering through EAPCET.Other fees such as examination fees are supposed to be paid before sem examination.

Campus Life

There are range of activities and clubs for students to be involved in. There is a proper audition for almost all the clubs and they are strictly regulated. You can give audition in 1st semester itself.

Admission

Best infrastructure compared to other colleges and higher placement ratio of students and also early internship opportunities starting from 4th semester itself. This is one of the best collage in Hyderabad.I joined it cause my parents didn't allow me out of the City

Faculty

Every 5 students have a faculty mentor and seniors and quote helpful at all times. Faculties are super approachable and have a friendly attitude towards students as long as they are sincere in their work. There are 3 exams in total namely mid 1, mid2 and Semester end examination.

Night Life

I personally don't know about this as I avail bus transportation and leave the college before 4 as a first year student and seniors have classes till 5. For first year students 9am to 3 40 pm For seniors 10 am to 4 40 pm

Decent college with good facilities

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Placement Experience:

Generally, students from 3rd year second semester are eligible for the placements. some, who are interns at a company earns the place to proceed for the rest of life. some others should try harder because they didnt get the internship. It is important to get internship. Companies do visit vasavi such as visa, silicon labs, cisco and more to pick interns or to pick engineers. percentage around 60-70 gets placed every year. Actually placements decreased after the recession.

I applied for CBIT, GRIET, and also they got confirmed. But first parameter I choose VNR VJIET is placements , Second one is tech and non tech events where I can have fun :). I rejected these colleges beacause CBIT is far from where I stay and I felt better with VNRVJIET. when i started looking for engineering colleges, ofcourse it was iits, nits, iiits frist then eamcet colleges and other private colleges. i always had in my mind i will study in cse core and that was my feild of interest . but i couldnt perform bit well in jee advanced so missed it. then i gave ugee fro iiith i lost in the interview round so i couldnt get into iiith it was a big blow for me. then the last option was eamcet because other private universities were not my choice and moreover my family is protective of me to send me to another state, so according to my rank i applied for cse obviously but along with that i put aiml as an option too beacuse ai was going to be the future. i suddenly gained this new interest in that field so i searched for which top clg in hyderabad teaches best in aiml so i came down to vnr vjiet so finally i got into this clg....Read More

Detailed review of VNR VJIET

I did chose this college because it is highest rated EAMCET college in Telangana. Vnr when compared to others is far better in curriculum and placements.the addmission process starts atound Feb of every year. There is also management quota . The only other college applied is cbit . I did not get the seat for my rank . The admission process is of three ways. One sis EAMCET exam and the other is jee mains percentile ( b cat) and the last one is nri quota also called as management quota.
