Everything about VNR vjiet

The course is pretty good, everything they teach you in the course will come in handy at some point or the other, the course would have been better if they had a little time, the gap btw the exams is pretty less but the exams are easy and a one night preparation is enough honestly

The college has a seperate department for placements called the placement cell where they give necessary training for the upcoming opportunities and also for mock interviews which help in the internships, companies like JP Morgan and Deloitte come to the college to select the best of the students.

Every student gets a placement here, except if they are too at the bottom, apart from that the highest offered was 98 lakhs and the avg is appx 25 like most members get around that range, the least you get is 3 lakhs that is if you are not that a good student

The fees for btech in computer science and engineering is normally 1.6 lakh rupees but with a good rank and a income tax certificate you can get a few reimbursement and only have to pay a amount in ten thousands

The campus life is pretty lively, even though it's small they made pretty smart use of the space they had and everyone is just like family, take one step and you find someone who is your friend, all the canteens and other places like the dance stage are placed in such a way where we can get entertained by eating and watching the dancers dance

The rooms here are fully furnished, they give a cot and a matress a wardrobe a study chair and table, they also provide a switchboard for each bed and wifi to each room, each room is a 2 sharing or 3 sharing. The meals here vary everyday and they are good. The hostel have a simple registration where you go to the office and fill out the details asked and it's a bit difficult to afford

I got a pretty good rank in eapcet which meant I could go to any college in the state I wanted, I applied to CBIT JNTUH and osmania university and have been accepted in all but I simply went to VNR vjiet since it's the best in the state of telangana

The faculty here is the very good and friendly, the marking scheme is simple, it's not much hard to achieve marks since the topics explained by them are just imprinted magically. They supposedly follow something called WIT and WIL (what I'm teaching and what I'm learning). I don't think I can name the faculty.

There are 2 cafeterias , a gym and a library and an e library which can be accessed after college but the night life here is not much since the hostel is outside the college. The hostel has a seperate ground and a gym of its own so we do activities there.
