JEC- All Together in a review

Course curriculum is up to the mark. There is enough room for New learning and innovation. Attendance becomes less mandatory unofficially in the later semesters. As a freshers, there is pressure but after a time, we get adjusted accordingly.

Students become eligible from 6th semester itself. Companies visited include Vedanta Mining, TCS, Edtech companies, HUL,Indus Tower, Capgemini, Cognizant,. Average package 5 LPA PERCENTAGE of students getting placement lies at nearly 60%

Per semester Fee is Rs 5500 for Odd semester and Rs3500 for even. Examination fee is Rs 1400. Admission fee is Rs10000 and Hostel Admission fee is Rs10000. Scholarship are available like IshanUday , NEC which may be worth 80,000 per year

Hostel Life is best one. Hostel Life makes the journey memorable and makes oneself involved in various activities. There are around 30-35 CLUBS . All clubs are interesting. Social groups are too present. Overall, makes students more social

Hostel capacity is around 60. There are 8 boys hostels and 2 girls hostel. Meal quality is controlled by the hostel Monitor Hostels are affordable . PGs to are available. But experience of hostel is a must for a freshie.

Jorhat Engineering College is in a well prominent place . Assam Govt have another colleges like Assam Engineering College, JIST Assam Engineering College being in Guwahati has lot of exposure. Jorhat being the 2nd

Computer Science and Engineering branch is smooth operating branch with good Professors. Teachers are helpful. Exams levels are moderate. Course curriculum is up to the mark. Overall , faculties are good in nature.

Gym is present with quite a few equipments. Central library is present with quite a good repository of Books. Canteen is often functional. Main gate closed at 8PM We have a pond for hangout. The college campus is safe to roam around
