Jorhat Engineering College is known for its curriculum that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical applications. The Campus size is around 78 acres filled with lush greenery and blooming flowers and consists of eight boys hostel ,two girls hostel,one auditorium,one canteen, individual hostel field and one main field, JEC lake, Knowledge Park, Indoor Stadium, New Library, Alumni Building

All the boys hostels have same design and are single floor except for Hostel 5 which is 3 storey and biggest hostel of JEC with capacity of 100 boarders and other hostels with a boarder capacity of 30-60 boarders.
