The course is good we can do a normal job easily. I will give five star to the course because the hardness level is low and we can study different novel and other subject we can choose subject by own. We can also go sunday at college to some studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am pursuing BA by DU SOL . This is the open college????, we can do graduation by sitting in home and doing studies at home. The fees i pay in first year is approx 8000 and in second year i pay 9000,registration fees is free and there is no rule for the SC and ST. and my batchmate have also same fees structure. There is no merit needed.

As per I've heard, placements here are decent. I can't say for sure because I'm new here. About my plans, I am doing CFA side by side because I don't believe that a bachleors degree has any valur of it's own, one needs to pair it with something else.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a person who wants to build a strong foundation in both economics and mathematics, B.A.(Hons.) Economics was my first choice. This course not only provide valuable insights into how real world economics work, but it also has great career prospects. Students studying economics major actively take consulting, research, risk management as popular career choices. Since this is a practical course with a broad focus on mathematics, the difficulty level is from moderate to high.

I would say the placement opportunities are more available for science , commerce background students in the college there are rarely any placement opportunities for humanities background students . Mostly students starts engaging in placement in the fifth semester .severky companies visited campus every year including Deloitte , EY.TCS etc . Around 40 - 50 percent students from professional courses get the placement annually .even for the students not opting for placement the exposure n the strong alumni network of college help them secure good opportunities outside campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum for my course, economics hons. , I would say is very relevant to our day to day life. The curriculum set by the university doesn't focus only on indian economics but economies through out the world. The suggested books are also the top books used in many international top universities. The curriculum provides us with a lot of real world applications through various case studies. For exams the delhi university guidlines are followed and I would say now the exams are based on more of practical usage and how materials taught in class are applied in real life.
