Likes

Labs are well equipped and well maintained with international standards
Professors are really good and helpful with great knowledge
Peer group is really good and competitive. all students are brilliant

Dislikes

Hostels are of really bad quality with very less space
Mess food is not that tasty and variety is very less
Attendance is compulsory and hence consumes a lot of our time

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty to student ratio is 40:1 and the course is quite diverse helping us to learn a lot and have interest in it exams happens quite frequently which are very conceptual and difficult the course is relevant for research in that field respectively the course is very relevant

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunities we are given are the best in india as students we can opt for internship at any company with respective fields as our interest with great stipend of 100000 to 400000 rupees

Placement Experience

Students get eligible for internship after 2nd semester and for job placements they are eligible after 7th semester and percentage of students getting placed are seventy to eighty percent.My plan is to excell in this degree

Campus Life

The name of the annual festival which helds every year in this university is rendezvous and the technical festival is Tryst.Student come from various colleges to attend this. the facilities provided to us in this college are an air conditioner,a projector,table chair

Hostel Facilities

The hostel room we were given is with very small living area where three/two students live and they provided us with a desk and chair and cupboard and bed.The meal quality is good but the taste and variety is not that great

Hostel Fee: INR 400000 per year

Admission

I did not apply to any other college as I was confident to get this college which is better than any institute the admission process is through JEE advance which has 140000 candidates which is quite competitive

Night Life

The night life in the campus is quite active with everything remaining active till 4am and there are various places to hangout like the cafeteria, parks,roads library etc there are no in and out timing for hostels

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

Summary of IIT-D

Placement Experience:

The placements are in good terms, many students get a placement with nice package. Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd Semester. TCS made about 7 offers as far as I know. One can expect the highest package of 2.5crore and an average of 200000. About 80% of students gets placement because of the skills they learned wheres the rest 20% are only at college to do mischievous acts. After getting the degree, I will find a job and then after enough capital I will start my own startup.

Life at Cluster Innovation Centre

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of the exams is 2 times a year once in the month of December and once in the month of May. Internal exams (tests) are conducted in between to continuously evaluate you during the course. According to me, the exam should be conducted before itself, so that we can get more time for internship opportunities.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

M.Tech CSE IIT DELHI Review

I chose IIT Delhi because it has the best faculties and a strong alumni network. Besides this the research aspects here are better than other colleges.
