I always had a keen interest in coding, so that influenced me in taking cse. The curriculum of our college is well organised, as it gives all the facilities required for our needs. The frequency of exams is good.

From 5th semester, we are eligible for campus placements. Aside, many marquee and core companies also visited KIIT campus like Bain & Company, CME Group, DE Shaw & Co, JP Morgan Chase, MacKinsey, Deloitte, EY, PWC, KPMG, Amazon, Nielsen IQ, Juspay Technologies, Salesforce, Peoplestrong, Factset, GE Research, Cadence Design Systems, VmWare, CISCO, Dell Technologies, Glenmark. Average package is 8.3lpa Highest package is 63lpa.

Year wise fee is around 5lakhs in which tution fee is 4 lakhs including lab fees devlopment fees and hostel fees is around 1 lakhs including mess fees of 25000. At the time of admission they took 75000 as admission fee in which they provide a laptop and books for the course. There is a scholarship option for students who get good marks in semester exams

KIIT Fest, the Kalinga Global Film Festival, and Suhana Safar, Kritarth- these are some festivals which take place. Every hostel has it's own reading room, which are equipped with relevant books for the semester exams.

Hostel facility is surprisingly great, every day room is cleaned up by the concerned authorities. Room is available with both ac/non-ac. There are some extra charges, if you want attached washroom. Mess quality is good , obviously can't expect home like food.

For admission in Kalinga institute of industrial technology, we have to give KIITEE. Pcm with 75% in 12th class. JEE is also considered for entry in our college. Cutoffs vary every year. so it it's not same.

The faculty to students ratio is descent. professors are very much approachable and and very helpful be it anything. Every other section has it's own best faculty, like if I'll best physics professor my roomate who is in other section, he has best maths professor. So it depends

The KIIT SPORTS AND FITNESS CENTRE, located within campus 13 offers facilities such as gym, swimming pool, snooker, etc. Timing of the KIIT SPORTS AND FITNESS CENTRE is 8am to 9pm , depending upon the hostel timings.
