Had a mix experience

I feel like the curriculum our college follows is genuinely nice and I've come to know they've upgraded it last year only while just being in second semester I know how to stitch garment and by third semester I have got my very first garment ready All of it be it design or choosing fabric was done by me Teachers helped a lot in getting design finalized

As of now we've got one internship twice that is being a model for the online makeup course our college provides and the stipend we were offered was five thousand per month and it was around three months internship

Our college do have placements And it starts from the last semester in which we are be it 6th sem or the 8th sem But we do get small internships as well And companies like zara h n m do visit us And the average package that I know last year was 3 lakh per annum and highest was 7 lakh And yes if you're portfolio is good a good amount of people gets placement My plan after my bachelor would be to get a good placement and then do masters

So the detailed fee structure is per semester the fee is 94K which includes the examination fees There are no as such caution fee development fee or any other hidden fee charges Yes while admission you'll have to pay 20K as the registeration fee which later gets adjusted in the semester fees If you've a good percentage of above like 90 you'll get a little relief from the fee

We don't have s huge campus life cus our campus ain't that big but yes we have various events from various departments Talking about fashion department we have global literary fest, we've GFDW, we've India style fashion week and many more

I didn't applied to much other colleges being honest I yes went to other colleges like IID and other which felt more like coaching centres be it seeing the space or anything I applied for nift too but I got selected in Mumbai where I can't go like outside my hometown I got to know about this college vis google and before anything I went for a campus visit And the admission process was VERysmooth my counselor helped me through that They just have a small aptitude test to check your intelligence

So we don't have a huge faculty like I see other colleges having different teachers per semester but yes we've around 10 -15 members our faculty and seeing the subject we've 7 kr 6 subject per semester There's genuinely no as such teacher that I personally don't like Yes it has happened that when a faculty is new to us we get a feeling that they're strict but that not like that they're all very cooperative to work with

I actually don't live in hostel so after maybe max 7 I've never stayed in college but yes the cafeteria closes at around 6-6:30 And we as of now don't have gym but Library yes is there We can stay in college after classes as well to do work but yes time is bounded
