Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum provides us with insights on all domains of engineering. It helps us understand the various prospects and fields of the large engineering field. The frequency of exams is very high as there is an exam every two weeks once. The teaching methods used by professors and tutors help the students to understand the concepts.

Internships Opportunities

4

At the end of the fourth semester that is the second year, we get a chance to apply for internships which we will do at the end of our third year. This college provides us with the ultimate opportunity to have a clear mindset by the end of the second year.

Placement Experience

5

The placements of this college is renowned in the entire country as the best in the country. The placement process could also be studied closely by UG students if they volunteer for certain management roles during the season.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for one semester is ?122000 so that makes it around ?250000/yr. The hostel fees is ?35000 per semester so that is ?70000 per year. Overall there is an expenditure of ?320000 on college in an year.

Campus Life

5

The college also focuses on the co curricular activities. There are various clubs that are very actively organising competitions which is the biggest reasons why you just can't feel bored in this college.

Hostel Facilities

5

The hostel facility is good enough for engineers. All the basic facilities like clean water, hot water during winters, showers, pest controls, regular cleaning, proper mess food are provided which make the hostel experience amazing.

Admission

This college has a superior startup culture and platform than the other colleges of India. It is regarded as one of the best engineering colleges in Asia and hence I chose it over any other college. Simply because it's a classic antique.

Faculty

5

Faculty members are very particular about their content. They provide a very detailed and precise material which can be used by students to understand and have a better grip of the concepts. Further the exam system is built in a way to challenge the students to manage their time efficiently.

Interview Experience

1

There were no interview process during admission as admission is done through Jossa counselling. Such processes come at a later stage during the placements or internship season. So there were no interviews

Night Life

5

The nightlife has to be my favourite part where I would go to night cafes with my friends, have a proper chat , ultimate laughs and smiles all around. Moreover we would sometimes roam in the campus which looks like a beautiful dream at night.

Placement Experience:

The fifth semester students become eligible for campus placements. The College organise placement, registration and shortlisting based on academic performance and semester marks. Many well-known companies visit the campus for hiring every year, including both mass recruitment and profile based offers students get opportunities in core companies as well as IT and consulting firms, the highest package offered in recent years has been competitive, and the average package is decent for most . A good percentage of students manage to secure placement through campus drives, but it also depends on students preparation and skill level students also get internships into placement offers. If a student does not get a campus placement, there are still good options for employability students to prepare for off campus placement, government exams or higher studies like Masters. Overall the placement environment is active and give students affair chance to start their careers.
