Course Curriculum Overview

I choosen electrical engineering branch because of I have instreast in study of electrical appliances. In my opinion the engineering required more practical knowledge then theorey. The frequency of exam is not to high .

The name of technical festival in my college is wavecraze All engineering branches like CSE,ECE,EE,ME books in our library Each classrooms is Full air conditioning and each classrooms has their own projetors

I choosen this college because of its NIRF ranking and good faculty. No,i get never rejection Admission process of my college is following: Apear in JEE MAINS EXAM According to your rank You participate in jossa or csab. According to your rank if your rank is matching the cutoff then by online way you can apply for admission on official website of not Durgapur

Faculty

In this institution the facultys are very friendly with students.my favourite faculty name is JK sir because of his teaching style and helping in nature. I didn't like alman das sir because of his bad teaching style. I face two examination in this institution one is mid term and other is end term examination of semester.those are hard level

Night Life

In this institution there is gym. And also have their own library known as central library. In this institution the entry of public is totally free of cost. Hostel gate open 6 AM to 9 PM for students. Inside the college their is reaarch building

Sister Nivedita University:Potential college with room for improvement

Placement Experience:

from 7th semester they are eligible but it is offered to very few student and very few company visit our campus, usually TCS wipro Cognigent visit us. avarage placement ranges from 3-4lpa. highest was 10lpa. you need 9 cgpa to get placement. My plan is to go for master after getting degree.

Bitter-Truth Review

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is not too good . There are limited recruitments . Some companies like TCS , COGNIZANT comes to our college . Over a few year it has declined more Average package : 4LPA HIghest package : 12 LPA ( as per my knowledge) This college i guss is more suitable for gate preparation rather than placements

Should You Take Admission in Meghnad Saha Institute Of Technology[MSIT]-Kolkata

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem but the problem is 70 pecent of the placement began in 8th sem and 60 percent of student remain unplaced or getting placement form off campus. Deltax Tiger Analytics, Keyence EY etc but they took over all 15 student in total and only 4 month left from graduation. My plan is getting into field of data scince and machine learning but the college placement cell is not providing companies or any support so im trying off campus.

A sneak peek into the reality of engineering colleges

My goal to be honest was IIT but i couldn't get into it because of my own self. Had i prepared a little well i would definitely have landed myself in a better college. But being realistic what you earn and what you learn depends more on yourself instead of any institute or curriculum. There are a lot of good engineering colleges in india to get into. The admission process is long and hassling. It takes months to get a seat in a college and after clearing jee with a good percentile.
