Likes

The college classes and amenities are neat and clean as every student concerns about .
The faculties are so experienced and their teaching methodology makes every concepts clear and understandable.
The course curriculam helps in our personality development and in overall development.

Dislikes

Placement services in the college is not so good. Every student doesn't get a job. So it should be improved.
Some of the staff of college is very strict and not so good with the students.
The college online platform is very slow. So it should be improved.

Course Curriculum Overview

There are many specific aspects that forced me to select the bcom course like its effectiveness. The curriculum is like that it prepared you for the future. Their is much gap provided by the college in the papers.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is different for different category of students who pursue different courses like bcom, bcom. Hons, bba, mba etc. The fees starts from 6000 -10000. The fees is for 1 year including 2 semesters. Financial aid also provide to the student who need it on merit basis.

Campus Life

My overall experience with the campus life is awesome. I socialise with many students abd i got familiar with many of them. Their is library provided in the college. Their are many facilities provided in the college like toilet, accessories etc.

Admission

I choose this college because it is very affordable and very good compared to other colleges like shahid guru etc. The admission process of this college is very simple so that every student can simply take admission.

Faculty

The faculty- student relationship is very good and students are so comfortable with their teachers. My teachers teaching style is awesome and outstanding. We learn every thing in a very easy manner and our exams also gone well. There are 7 papers in bcom. The papers are looks so easy if you read everything from the books provided by the college.

Night Life

Their is cafeteria and library in the college. The hostel provided in the college and their timing are from 7am to 10pm.their is garden the college which is my favorite hangout place where we feel safe and their vibe is also so good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say that SEC and VAC, were added by the university to enhance students mind, but these subjects feel more like burden to the students. And also the theoretical and numerics being taught, are not relevant to todays world, as curiculum in the books is not upto date, The assignments pressure.. and sometimes the fear of getting low marks.

MLNCE - Average but Enjoyable

Placement Experience:

The placement in Motilal Nehru College (Evening) is decent and is led mainly by the Placement Cell. Though inactive earlier, the placement cell has become significantly more active recently, bringing in more internship and job opportunities. Students become eligible for placements during 3rd year. In a good placement season, companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY come for Audit, Taxation, Risk Advisory, HR jobs. Other companies like DE Shaw & Co, Accenture, Capital IQ also come during job fairs. Earlier, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart have also recruited from the college mainly for Sales, Business Development, Operations jobs. Highest on-campus package is ?18.7 LPA and rhe average package is ?3.6-4.5 LPA. Approximately 40% to 50% of students who participate in the process secure placements. My plan is to get into freelancing after college.

An Unfiltered View of SRCC

Placement Experience:

Placement in SRCC is very amazing, and way beyond the placements of DU colleges. A lot of big big names in Finance, and consulting domain, recruit from campus including McKinsey & Co., Bain & Company, Kearney, Big 4s and all. Highest package is 35+ LPA and Average Package is 10 LPA. I HAVE PLANNED TO complete my ACCA along with a little work experience.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
