There are two type of fee structure follow in CUSAT . For state merit students the fees is about 30000 for semester and for all India students the fee is about 48000 per semester. There are hostels provided by university . Admission here is based on distance . Students who life far are given higher priority. Students with reservation are also given priority. The hostel are nice and affordable . The rent is 500 per month and food is about 2000-3000 per month . The food is south indian food .

Admission

Cusat is actually a big University is famous for its studies and infrastructure and events. To get admission in this college you have to write CAT examination with a held in the month of May every year. I apply to colleges like st Stephen's and Delhi University for for BSC honours course and I was selected but I was more interested in engineering so I choose this

Faculty

3

There are about 70 students for each batch. The faculty here is good and the teach very well. There are two faculty coordinators for each batch. There are about 15 to 20 teachers. A teacher takes two subjects for a year. The examination here are moderately difficult and but the teachers here to help to prepare the exam so a few students only fail to clear the exams. Learning the material 2-3 days before the exam will will help clear the exams

5

There were no gd or interview . You have pass the cat exam and shortlisted for the rank list . Then admission is given based on the rank list . Students with higher rank are given first priority . And once you are selected , you have to confirm that admission.

There is an amenity centre where gym and place recreational activities are present. There is canteen available. Also many restaurants are nearby which provide affordable food. The university is open to everyone . But girls hostel have a curfew till 11 pm . There are many parks and cafes to hangout .

Other Applied Colleges

Delhi University - [DU] | Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Physics)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is the worst. Teachers rush through the portions so that they can finish at the earliest. It may be because the university has a unjustifiable timetable. There is very little practicals given. The ones that are given are just for namesake.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is under KTU syllubus do it's fine. There is a change in curriculum coming 2024 which i assume would make a lot of good changes. The curriculum gives you a head start For most of your work, you need to on your own but the faculty is there to help. The frequency of exams is weekly tests + monthly exams. Its not too difficult of an exam.

The students usually start appearing for campus placements in their 6th semester. The training for the campus placements is started for all the students from the 4th semester. Many companies visited for campus placements. But one main problem is that most of them were low packages. Around 4LPA. Some were between 4-6 and a very few between 6-10. Most of them got placed in our batch in some company.
