All about ramanujan college

This college contains all features of a school or a college. Because our faculty is strict towards study that's why no one can interrupt the classes except external forces. But the positive things is this you can enjoy some time in outside for some relax which also advised by our faculty.

In this college almost all courses are available like BA, B COM(P) & (H), BSC, BBA, BMSetc. I choosen B com because I am from commerce background. But students can choose the course according to their interest. Now, the exams happens on the semester basis. Means, twice in a year (in May & December).

Placement cell is the society in our college which works for bright future of students. It provides internships time to time in big and MNC's companies. I also worked as a sales manager in summer vacation which helps me a lot to earn practical knowledge or money also. And after the graduation also companies visits here for campus recruitment. And it's my last year so let's see what happens.

Our college celebrates many events time to time like fresher's party for fresher's, fest of different societies, annual day, sports day and many more. Here is the Ramcomm (commerce society) which is famous in all colleges of DU. And it's provides a chance to show the innovative ideas and creative mind through the events.

Fee structure is very low in comparison to private universities. But it's quite high from other DU's colleges. Because our college is working towards infrastructure and improvement in faculty's for upcomers. Fee is approximately 12-15,000/ for all courses.

Our college also gives scholarship to the selected students who are capable for that achievement. According to the marks obtained by them. So it's a good opportunity to upcomers to grab this scholarship.

There are more than 3 computer labs in our college with fully A/c. And sitting arrangement are also very hygiene. If we talk about ECA so, there are many sports which are played in our college. So you can choose according to your interest.

I don't know much better about the alumni because I am in 2nd year now. But I can say that the senior students are very helpful in any problem. They can help you in academics and in any other problem also. So talk with them whenever you need without any hesitation.

I got the admission according to the merit list. I had 89.5% in top 4 subject and the cutoff was 89%. That's why I got the admission easily. I went to the college and followed the instructions given by the staff. In this college teaching and non teaching staff both are helping hand to everyone.

I think Ramanujan college is famous for their faculty only. All the teachers are young and talented. They gives practical preview also with the theoretical knowledge. They explains the things by merging with real life examples which really helpful to students to understand that easily. All the faculty are familiar with everyone to solve the problems.
