Likes

The environment, a big spacious ground and everyone is friendly
Ncc, it gave me the opportunity in life, I liked it very much
Diverse people, there are people from different states, languages, culture

Dislikes

The infrastructure, it is so bad they should improve it but they are not doing it
The washrooms, they were really terrible, they are getting a lot of money from is but not improving a single thing even the basic necessities
Administration is not good, no one is responsible for anything

Course Curriculum Overview

No curriculum has influenced me to choose my course I have choosen it on my own, the college just prepares me for the real world like how to communicate and how to behave with others, the teaching staff of my course are very good they're teaching me everything that I needed to learn

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 14000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid 14,500 rs to my college on yearly basis in addition I paid 1300 rs for my 1st semester examinations. We won't have any scholarships in our college. The fee is same for all of my batchmates who belong to other categories. There is a hike in the fee we are paying to the college last year it 13,000

Campus Life

There are societies in our college, they are very good. We also have NCC (NATIONAL CADET CORPS) we had freshers, diwali mela and many more in between. We also have open gym. We have sports like football, basketball etc. The college is very good when it comes to these things

Admission

I applied to Pondicherry university but merit was not enough and also one thing I didn't choose this college I just had no alternative options, I have applied for the top most Delhi university colleges but I couldn't made into them and the admission process was not good at all it was ups and lows

Faculty

The faculty just does it's job that's it, it doesn't care about the students, some members are even rude to students, I liked no one in the staff they're reckless when it comes to students , it is not approachable at all

Night Life

There is a gym which is only entitled to NCC students and also a library which is open to all. There is no hostel facility. We have central park in our college and a canteen and a ground and an auditorium

Course Curriculum Overview:

Area that should be improved that is treat every student similarly without any discrimination. Faculty don't even tdke action on sol, IGNOU and NCWEB students. So I think it should be improved firstly.

Truth About Hidden IPCW (DU)

Placement Experience:

Since i am 2nd year myself, hearing from seniors, seeing placement cell activities and reading reports, placement at ipcw are decent but far from perfect. The placement drive is not as huge or reliable as some commerce Acc. to the nirf report, for ug courses out of 1204 eligible students 118 got placed, which is roughly 9-10, for pg course, out of 100 eligible students only 6 got placed. Median package for UG was 6.20 lakhs per annum, and for pg is 6.7 lakhs per annum. In earlier years (2022-23) , median UG package was higher. The highest package went to 23 lakhs per annum which was quite impressive. It was from DE Show and co., Wipro, Capgeminie etc. there are regular recruiters like DE. Shaw abd co.,Wipro, Capegemini, Godrej properties, Sirion Labs etc. What i feel personaly as an eco hons. student unless i build extra i cant really expect placement. Masters and competetive exams are next option

I chose the college solely based on the course it was offering. I checked about the course curriculam and I was instantly interested in pursuing the course. Life when you get into srcc

I am getting in srcc was purely my luck. i applied for this college because anywhere you see you will find the name of this college to be the top college in the commerce field and in every other way. i also applied for hansraj, kmc, hindu, etc but i got into my first preference. the admission process in not very complex you give cuet, score more that the cutoff, then make a preference list, and if you get into college you just have to submit the fees online on the du portal which will confirm your admission....Read More
