External exams are conducted by the end of each semester and 2 internal examinations are conducted in each semester. The external exams are quite difficult and the internals are conducted in accordance to that.

Internships are given by aesthetix solutions. Its given as a 1 week programme. You get to learn a lot about coding in python and c. And additionally soft skill developing sessions were also given to us.

Placement status of the college is quite satisfactory. Above 75% students gets placed every single year. The packages offered are decent. Big MNC's like tcs, cognizant, ey, infosys, ust global etc have conducted drives. My plan is to work in corporate for a few years and then pursue higher education

The fee i pay yearly is around 90000 rupees, through merit. Students admitted through managment quota has to pay an additional 1 lakh rupees which is refundable after completion of the course. Scholarships are available and the fee is reduced upto 40000 rupees

The main fest held is called Advay it is a national level techfest consisting of technical and non technical events. It is conducted for 2 days around april or may. Other than that department wise techfests are also held.

I specifically wanted B.Tech in Information Technology which is not a very common course. Another college i applied to was Rajagiri School of Engineering and technology (RSET) i couldnt get in the college due to the high cut off.

There is an appropriate number of faculties provided for each department in the college. All of the faculties are very approachable and supportive. Their expertise is unmatched and students are able to perform well during the internals and external exams due to their support and hardwork.

Tist is situated at a remote location so there are not a lot of places to hangout after classes. Facilities like gym, library, cafeterias are provided in the college itself. Since im not a hostler im not very sure about the timings.
