Course Curriculum Overview

4

After the entrance exam on basis of cutoff I got this one course but good for me and and the course is also ready to me for real world like I got experience of machine and with practicals. I would suggest to them to brought some upgrades lab things and machines for students and professors are good.and about examination it based on university and moderate type of examinations as per semesters.

Internships Opportunities

4

Most of the companies are visited there for picking up the students whose are in there last year for internship programme and gave them oppertunity also with good stipend companies like Wipro,EY and Genpact.

Placement Experience

3

After semester 3rd mostly in 2nd students try to get placements and ready for interviews by the seniors and college union groups many companies visit there like Wipro,EY, Genpact and others. For good students whose one getting good marks like above 80-95% they were got placements. My plan was also same when I passed the interview got the company and when not try to grab some skills for the interviews.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees is about 16k+ and based on semesters or at a time of examinations you have to pay the examination fees also to give your exams but all the fees are based on our category which from you belongs one of my batchmate heis from obc category he paid about 13-14k yearly fees. Merit based admission in this one college basically for girls they give such discounts.

Campus Life

4

About fests and annual programs held typically in months or all the students union and by the college they planned such Trips like out of town and etc. books and journals are also available in library in huge amount for evening and morning classes. In most classes lessed with technological provisions. Sports and extra curricular activities are organised by college and championship program with other colleges. By college itself run such groups , clubs to impact students social life.

Admission

After passed the entrance examination on basis of cutoff for this one course I got this one college and applied for too much college but got admission in this one I was not rejected by any college but on basis of cut off got this one. eligibility is 12th pass and CUET exam like entrance and get admission trough this.

Faculty

5

The faculty and the student ratio is good enough as per student and courses all professors are available I would like to say for me the chemistry and maths faculty I liked the most. And no one faculty is for me which onei disliked. About exams is moderate for those who are keep focused or hard for those who just coming for time pass.

Night Life

5

College nearby there are cafeteria and in college attached with libraries and labs and the timing is started with morning 10Am and to 10 pm. And no hostel arrangements.nearby many places to hangout and the locality is safe .

Other Applied Colleges

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of Hansraj College is quite active. You are eligible to sit for campus placement offers from 5th semester onwards. Companies like Deloitte, capgemini arw frequent recruiters for several posts and positions. The highest offered package is somewhere around 22000 with the average being at 700000-800000. Not all students get placed on campus, however thr hands on training and learning makes you industry ready, making you eligible amd worthy to apply for off campus placement opportunities. Many students prefer not to sit for campus placements and rather opt for higher studies after graduation. I plan to do the same after getting my undergraduate degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think the BSc Statistics (H) offered by Sri Venkateshwara College has been quite relevant and comprehensive in content. The core courses such as probability, inference, regression, and econometrics were the major reasons for opting for the subject of statistics. It provides us in-depth analytical training that is necessary for higher education and work in the field of data, though there is a need for exposure to software/tools as well. The semester-wise examination, which is moderately tough

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is just like any other college, and you need to do a lot of the skill enhancement by yourself. Here, you will learn something, but not everything that is relevant. The professors will teach according to the syllabus, be it really relevant in real life or not. Everything that you will be learning will be relevant for career in this field, but not enough. You require to put some extra efforts to gain more knowledge and practice.

Placement Experience:

Students typically become eligible from 3rd year/6th semester onwards for most companies. Some internships and tech roles may be available to 2nd-year students depending on the company criteria. Placement Percentage: Usually, 70–85% of eligible students get placed, depending on the stream. Highest placement rates are often in Computer Science, Economics, and Commerce streams. My plan is to become a software engineer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Cource curriculum is highly relevant. It covers fundamental and advanced concepts of zoology , which was the main reason I choose this course. Subjects like human physiology, biochemistry, biomolecules, comparative anatomy of vertebrates, animal behaviour, ...etc. are highly interested and align with my interest. Practical components help in developing and understanding concepts more clearly. However, real world applications is limited. Curriculum prepare students well for further academics for PG or other competitive exams. Exam system is conducted at regular intervals with Internal assessment and semester end. Timings are appropriate . Difficulty level is moderate to high.

Hindu College, Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Mathematics)
Reviewed on Jan 6, 2026(Enrolled 2025)

Course Curriculum Overview:

For B.Sc (Hons) Mathematics at Hindu College, the curriculum follows the latest DU UGCF?2022 structure, so it covers both strong theory and some modern applications. The main reason to choose this course is the depth in core areas like Calculus, Algebra, Real Analysis, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations and Probability, which builds a very solid base for higher studies like M.Sc, data science or research. There are six semesters with continuous internal assessment plus end?semester exams, so students study regularly instead of only before finals. Exams are usually moderate to difficult because questions are concept?based, but the pattern is fair and gives weightage to assignments, tutorials and attendance. Overall, the course is quite comprehensive and relevant for careers in teaching, analytics, government exams and higher academics, though adding more practical projects, programming and real?life modelling could make it even more industry?oriented
