- Infrastructure, needs to be improved. The classes are really small

Course Curriculum Overview
In statistics, the curriculum is pretty tough. We have alots of practical, internals, assignments, etc. which makes it hectic. other than that it's very informative and classes are held regularly. Professors are readily available.
Internships Opportunities
The college cell is very active and since the last few years, our college has been giving the highest-paid internships and placements in all DU colleges. The placement cell is active throughout the year and students receive many internship offers. There are many students who have got placed in very good and reputed organisations and companies.
Placement Experience
The placement are available. And LSR has one of the highest placements in DU. According to the 2023 placement report, LSR recorded the highest package of INR 44.8 LPA and an average package of INR 11.8 LPA. Some of the top recruiters include McKinsey & Co., Boston Consulting Group, Kepler Cannon, DE Shaw, Accenture, Dalberg, Trinity, Deloitte, EY, KPMG and many more.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college fees for statistics hons is 21,600. It's pretty much affordable. Other than that there are various scholarships available such The ELSA Scholarships, The Morada and Yashoda Chetna Scholarships, etc.
Campus Life
My overall experience at LSR has been amazing. It's overall a very supportive and healthy environment. The campus is quite big. There are beautiful lawns, gardens, and Gazebo where you can relax & study. There are well managed labs for the respective departments. It also has Café, Nescafe, Mother dairy, stationary shop and a photo state shop. The college also provides an ATM inside the premises. Overall, the college has great infrastructure with almost all the amenities available.
Admission
I choose LSR because it has a really beautiful campus, exposure, and supportive environment. All the department have different fest in their department with seminar, lecture and other workshops. These help to develop confidence, public speaking, debate skills, writing and other skills.
Faculty
Statistics faculty is really good. Always supportive. Even the Library of LSR is something that i like so much, even though I haven't explored it completely. But there are two library, one is called general and another is reference.
Night Life
The hostels are not available since 1 year as they are under some renovations. The night life is amazing around college. And its located in one of the prime location which is Lajpat. We have amar colony, lajpat nagar market, greater kailash, etc. These location are great hangout location and you can find everything here.
